French town over there is nice too
I Live right there off of 611 on the Delaware River. I put 5k miles running up and Down the Delaware and its side Roads This year alone. Not including other trips outside this area. Some great rides and amazing places along there. Taking rt 80 to 611 and following that all the way south along 611 then River rd makes for one great day. You can take it all the way down to Philadelphia if you want. I like to Ride all the way down the Brians HD in Langhorne from Pocono Harley. On the way back I take the Jersey side and stop for some hot dogs at the famous Hot Dog Johnies before getting back to the PA side. Great area and why I left NJ (amongst other reasons).
I lived in LA for 17 years. Used to ride my bike everywhere. No heated anything. Froze my ass off soooooooo many times. Heated gear and a full face helmet these days is a must. Poor Sandy. LOL. We must keep the Professor warm and fuzzy...jajajajaja
Great ride, great friends, great bikes, great food and a hot cup of coffee, what more does a guy need? Please leave you comments below.....😂😂😂😎
Good IPA beer and a great cigar 😹
Good Whisky
@@richc1102 Yessssss...lol
@@edwinparedesnjusa Indeed. Stay thirsty my friend.....and smoke them if you got them.....lol
That’s the way a ride should be where the audience can hear the motorcycle great ride glad you enjoyed it I enjoyed watching it because it was mostly motorcycle and you having fun without all that music
I ride until they salt the road about 15 degrees is the coldest I can recall. I have chaps and a heated vest and gloves. I switched to over pants that have a liner I can take in and out water proof wind proof. I ride to work almost everyday about 17 miles. Watch out for deer there been on those roads many times.
Upper black Eddie is nice I go camping with the family there and I also go Rafting on the Delaware over there too
Great ride 👌. But a bit chilly. Lol 🥶🥶
Awesome ride John.
Awesome ride. Breakfast vanished too fast.... I need a replay!
Been checking a lot of your videos lately, and makes me so envious as I’m stuck in the uk waiting to get back to Florida and ride my RGS.
I have brought a GoPro Max to do the 360 videos, yours is the best channel that shows using a 360 cam on a Harley, can’t wait to see how mine will come out.
Hopefully I will get up that way sometime and ride some of them roads, keep up the good work 👍
Btw, never wore chaps, I have ridden in very cold in Utah and Colorado and wore thermal long johns and Draggin Jeans (kelvin lined) which are very heavy duty and warm.
That ride was sick! Next time I get to breakfast!!💯🇺🇸🤙
Hi John, like your ride videos, thanks! I like your Road Glide Special, but just looks unfinished without the front fender. I am sure it will look good when its wrapped, looking forward to seeing it. As I told Sandy in his last release, I like the chemistry between the two of you, keep it up!
I do indeed ware insulated chaps on longer rides in fall..spring.. and the very few winter rides i get here in Michigan... and nothing like an electric jacket to keep you warm and toasty... Ride safe and keep that beast on the ground....
That’s my buck yard a list ones a week I go up and down the route 32 is my stress relief good choice I hope will meet sometime it has more things to see around that area
I definitely wear Chaps, also Polo Green, Jovan Musk, English Leather and who can forget Old Spice, Drakkar, High Karate, Stetson and Brut, by Faberge. Those were the days when men were men and the sheep were scared😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
The front fender serves an important function for rain and rocks and god forbid Tar!!! I know you’ll put it back ... but keep it on!
I wear chaps in the fall, winter and spring! I also have heated grips.
I like videos that don't have the music, I like to hear the engines. My wife and I Live in northern Indiana, and are planning to ride our bikes to PA over memorial day weekend this year.
Loved the video. Go to New Hope 2xs a year. Family in that area. Just beautiful countryside. Bike looks great and Yes Chaps are a must if ur below 40. I ride all year long and they are a must on those cold days. Enjoy
Great autumn tour. thank you for taking me.
That's my normal stomping grounds, try riding 32 all the way up to 611 past Easton PA and then into the PA water gap. Tremendous ride! Love the Channel!
Very nice. I wish I knew you were going there, it's not too far for me I would have rode out for a meet up. Hit me up next time when you head to the New Hope area. Joe
I ride this route probably once a month. Some cool turnoffs into Frenchtown, NJ which is on the other side of the river. If you take it all the way to 611 the river then is on your right hand side. Great views.
Chaps are good as long as they are keeping me warm
The Fender Serves a Function and Beauty is in Eye of Beholder..Great ride Tho John.
Also, I wanted to tell you that the ‘bike path’ is called the tow path. It runs from Morrisville PA to Easton PA. Almost 60 miles.
It was created in the 1800s so donkeys could tow coal up the canal by barge. The donkeys would walk on the towpath to tow the coal.
Thanks
Love new hope Pennsylvania #1 motorcycle destination in pennsylvania I ride there all the time coming from South Philly I have 2016 iron Custom Enjoy 🏍️👌🤟😎💯
Hey John great videos! I'm a Sayreville NJ native now in middle Tennessee. It's great to get to see some of the rides I miss up from up there. NJ PA, NY state. Especially the ride of this video. Thanks👍
I have done that ride on both sides on jersey side and Philadelphia side beautiful ride ( River Road)
I like it with the fender!...great ride video!
I wear chaps in the colder months. Let me tell you they are a game changer! Love em!
I just Moved to TX a few months ago missing the Chilly weather east coast style. From Brooklyn Via Boston to TX. Thanks great ride.
Your bike sounds great I love the sound
dude new hope is an awesome ride man............"biscuits and gray baby" lol thats a great name for a new channel lol that cracked me up Your camera angles are epic dude, love it man. And that Barracuda Silver wooooooo cool group of guys to ride...........that heated gear work really well? just plug it in to the 12V? Catch ya on the next one man ! i like the RG wout the fender.......looks Renegrade!
I have to say i thought that stick coming out of your bike looked like crap but now that ive seen the video, i dig it. Nice footage.
Great video. Looks a lot better with the fender. Ride safe.
there is some great riding all around there, I went off north of the delaware water gap on the New jersey side just east of the Pa Line there was a road I was on years ago when Trucking, it was spring the trees n flowers was in full glory sun shining, windows open and there on that 2 lane road was awesome farm land , very small towns, and such a beautiful end of a Trip that I remember it still to this day, just dont remember the road grhh, one road of very many thru the years, but my memory how beautiful day it was and I couldnt believe I was getting paid to enjoy a ride like that They don't call New Jersey the Garden State for nothing, man Brother that is a Beautiful ride your one , Ride safe brother
John. I wear chaps in the summer on cool evening rides, or early morning rides....fall and spring ALWAYS !!
Nice!!! --- I have ridden/driven 32 about 2 dozen times over 50 yrs. --so here's a few tips on what you missed -- 2 miles south of New Hope is Washington's crossing park--and Bomans Tower ---worth the climb!!! Then, if you go further on 32 to 611 and Easton--that's cool to get thru --the city of bridges is right name--611 is great run --it gets better as you go north to Delaware water gap!!!!!!!! camping on Jersey side at Worthington state park--and then back over to 209 n. --Bushkill falls is worth a stop -- 209n. to Port Jervis to Woodstock area---my favorite ride!!!
Nice video, beautiful view .
Hi from Texas....
Been riding on 20s, degrees heating gear glove and jacket with my leather on top but never chaps, no because I don't like them just because I use jeans with flannel under with my under armor gear so I don't need more to keep me warm, but I'm a fan of chaps so I'm getting some just in case
Fantastic video John 🤙🏾.
Took that ride last Sunday it was beautiful weather and crazy packed
👀,s better w/ front fender. Nice either way thanks for the awesome ride along. Lovin the Harley. Bad to the Bone..😎
Oh yeah, chaps in the winter👍
I live in Minnesota and everyone wears chaps.
Glad you got to check out some local to me spots. I ride river rd all the time on the PA side, always stop at dillys corner. stay safe!
Looks sick John,, and the bike sounds insane... But where’s the boys ... ha ha .. Ride safe
Was a beautiful ride. And can’t say enough on that breakfast.
Camera shots are awesome with the cameras mounted like that.
Great video man!
I wear chaps below 50 degrees. Loved the video without the music. Your bike sounded good. Beautiful scenery. Great video. Sandy's response when you ask how he was doing was hilarious.
Harley guys doing a winding stretch of a 20 mile road stopping for breakfast. Meanwhile. Goldwing guys riding 1000 miles for tacos. Gotta love those expensive harleys for those 20 mile rides.
👍for chaps.
Chaps all day, every day brother. Loved the video, Peace..
cool ride,..great area,...not too far from where i am in Ct...putting it on the list for next riding season.... ride safe ya'll
New Hope is such a cool town
I love those long rides specially in group, that route is amazing, what a view, the Narrows restaurant is splendid, as far a the chaps it doesn’t really get that cold here in Cali to wear chaps but I don’t mind wearing one of gets cold here enough .
I live in Southern California it doesn’t get that cold like back east where your from. But I definitely have a pair when I take off during the cold rides. I don’t give a rats ass what anyone thinks! So yes keep the Chaps!
Amazing camera setup and view. What are you using?
I used to use chaps. I have heated liner pants now much better
I ride the new Hope and New Jersey side I probably ride that twice a week me and my girlfriend probably 3000 miles on them roads In the last four months we love them roads
Dont have chaps but definitely looking into. Jersey gets cold and I want to keep riding
That was an awesome ride.
Epic Ride John! and I really like the bike without the fender! Frankly, I never even thought about it as an option and it looks pretty badass! Did you get anything coming up without the fender protection?
I definitely want to check out this restaurant, I’m from North Jersey & it’s not too far away
Did you have someone else riding with you to get that opening part of the video? Great perspective.
I personally dont wear them but i dont think they look funny at all at the end of the day what ever keeps you warm just found your channel very nice bike stay safe brother
Love the channel brother! I want to come from VA to meet up!. I got a 2018 Street Glide Special. Also, how do you cut that wind noise out from the GoPro?
Next time your out in new hope. Explore the real back roads. Insane what that place has to offer. Bang those Twisties
Aquatong Road! Whew!
I wear chaps as well in the cold weather, so what's the problem?
40 degrees chaps 30s insulated riding pants
Hi bro...love the half shell in this vid...who makes it?...no fender....not sure about it....might be better if bike was a bobber.
Chaps & if its really cold heated liner paints
Ok not liking the look of the front tire without the fender. But I know you are putting the new one on.
Chaps👍🏿
When’s the next group ride deff wanna ride 🤙🏼
I like that camera you use, What is it?
Try riding in the rain without a front or rear fender.
How fast have you gone with the selfi stick and what brand is it .. would it hold up going 115 mph and I have a gopro max...
What are you using for a camera mount? I see little guys cam. Also is this one recording and trimmed down or multiple recordings ? I am using the insta 360 one r and trying to learn editing in the app. Have you used view finder ? That’s a cool feature for key points
Hi John, what heated vest do you have?
I believe he has a Gerbing heated 12v vest and gloves.
No stop lights or signs 👍😎🇱🇷
You need to get your full face helmet it will be like easier to ride when it’s cold
The bike needs a fender dude.
I’m wearing CHAPS if weather permits it and I don’t give a F+*#%= what anybody else thinks,, AS LONG THE CHAPS ARE GOOD ONES, LOL!
Chaps come out only below 50.
Chaps work.
Lol. You're into chaps? Hang out at The Blue Oyster? Lol.
Those streams near the restaurant look like the intercoastal highway.
Chaps when it's cold, screw the nay sayers.👍🏼
I dont wear chaps i wear Klim if not comfortable im not riding safe chaps whatever helps keep the cold air off of you
I don't own a pair of chaps I have nothing against them, I was gifted by my wife n kids a few pair of thick flannel lined jeans that I never get cold with, I keep thinking I will buy a pair of chaps someday but never have.
Who does dyno work out that way? Preferably non dealer.
Who the hell cares what it looks like!I'd wear Ralphie's goddamn pink bunny suit if it keeps me warm. The no fender look is kinda growing on me..... kinda like a fungus
Gotta look cool BUT don’t give a F*+k about what people think about what I look like if it’s freezing outside, HELL YEAH I WEAR CHAPS, I’m actually surprised it’s even a question to be honest John.
I’m local to you guys. Hit me up I’d ride with you
Sorry, but listening to Hardly Davisins turn my stomach.
You need front fender y so early
Sorry don't like it looked better black.
