none of these styles are inherently more attractive to women than the rest. imo, the most important factors in putting together an attractive outfit are visual cohesion, personality, and making sure to wear clothes that fit properly. all 3 of the styles that you included are capable of incorporating these factors.

The 2nd look isn't even proper business causal especially with those shoes. İt's smart casual at best. For proper business casual you need at least leather loafers and maybe a button down shirt(tucked/untucked)
Also the suit dosent even fit properly. Arms and pants too long,while the jacket length is too short
