Just so happy for you Andrew, and all who choose to work with you and this channel...279K subs...great journey and really happy I was with this channel at inception...having a very nice catch up evening here...thanks for all the info. and fun. So great to see how it all fared there.
@@JimHahn-x8n Thanks Jim, Since I saw the very first video back 5 years ago I thought they have always been there. I guess I should go back and see what the owner said 5 years ago. Kinda like sounds like a sales thing to me. Why would he keep them "not available"?
At those prices you should be setting the bar high. Spend 3 million on a coach and you want to park it someplace better then Motel 6. Another excellent video by Andrew.
Those awnings are a good idea . But my engineering background i would make those using a track on each side . My pool has a automatic cover on a track system.
I don't understand why people pay that much for those lots. Is it more about trying to show how much money you have? You can buy WAY more land, even on the water most anywhere else.
You have interviewed and experienced A LOT with luxurious motor coaches, which one would you consider as the Rolls Royce or Bentley of the luxury motor coach? Prevost, Newmar, etc.
I love this and it's beautiful ..But...I don't understand how or why someone would want to tell someone who just paid a million dollars buying a small piece of property/small house from you that they can't build a privacy fence in their backyard or have a beautiful 100k stacker trailer in the driveway under the carport/bus cover !!!??? I can understand bringing ugly things in or being to loud at night disturbing the peace of your neighbors things like that ..but this seems to controlling/overreacting into your customers Business!!
The World? C'mon, this is no where as nice as Motorcoach Country Club. Plus you do not have to worry about Hurricanes coming through and destroying everything.
You dont have to worry about hurricanes here either, is not on the coast & no issues with 100+ mph winds, everything is built to current code, no issues with high winds.
Desert shores down the road is nicer than MCC- only 140 spots but same size facility.... the MCC lots are tiny and resale is tough - i rank ORI, MCC then Desert Shores by a long shot - plus Class A Diesel Only so nicer coaches
Hey Andrew, thanks for all your doing,I really enjoy your channel keep up the good work, glad to see it's working out for you! GOD bless

$300,000 for a cement slab and hookups? Wow and an HOA. No wonder they have not sold in 5 years.
Did you watch the video? The vacant lots were just released for sale for the very first time, have not been available before now.

LOL😂
These are for people with disposable income. They are very limited so the price has to be high. Supply and demand!
Another awesome infomercial!
Your style of questions and explanations is very impressive.

Andrew nice video job well done. I am like you have to hit the Lottery.
Just saw them on google maps, there seems to be a massive quite nice looking motorcoach resort right next door that's much more mature looking.
There are no coach houses or covers next door, completely different kind of park.
Nice
Are the exterior walls made of ICF (insulated concrete forms)? I remember a high end RV resort having coach houses made with ICF exterior walls.
Are there guidelines to having the motorcoach being fully inside a garage to directly connect to the house?
Do they have requirements for the coach? They can only be 10 years old or less, etc?

You went through the whole video and never told people where the resort is located 😢
Labelle, Florida…..30 miles East of Ft Myers
We have heard the Pineapple stands for swingers, is this a swingers Resort?
No stupid
Lol….that’s an upside pineapple friend, this is not that
What material is the homes made of? (walls & how is the roof attached for hurricane rating) Thank you
Homes are CMU block with a stucco facade
Why is property tax so high?
No income tax there.
@@FINfinFINfinFINfin property tax estimated at $21,000.
