    Great work Ken!! Way to push it on that Bench!! Great improvement after the shoulder issue!! Keep killing it!!

      Thanks! Hopefully this Friday I'll get 240 X 5 That is what I am looking for next.

    Nice job on the squats and getting that 6th rep on the top end bench. Good workout

      The 6th rep on bench means that I go up 5 pounds, so 240 net time. It's slowly getting there! I just have to be patient and not do too much volume. The shoulders really can only take 2 days a week or pain will start. For now shoulder pressing is on hold. Later on I'll push shoulders and just do enough bench to maintain.
