This Charger Build Shouldn't be Allowed

I finally did it. I finally did a charger run. I hope you all are happy now, because this sure was a time. It was about what I expected, but I did get some interesting interactions that I wasn't expecting, as well as some lovely side tangents... I also decided, that as a sticks player, this would be the best run to use motion controls on despite not really ever using them.

As a charger main who has run a similar build for charger in Side Order I never run more than 3 homing shot chips because at least to me, it becomes more of a hindrance. I like having some control over what I hit. But yeah, this build gets hella broken and hilarious.
