@@HeybikeTerrible brakes. Squeaked right out of the box, then started simultaneously rubbing the wheel while riding and not gripping it enough while braking. I see why you have such a short warranty now. All of these issues only within 4 months of use.

Local bike shops are refusing to work on these bikes now. 😞 You're going to need better how to videos because all of us who have are going to stuck working on them ourselves.

@@Heybike TY. My first experience taking my Ranger to a bike shop was a huge fail and I was taken advantage of. So I tried a new shop for this rear flat repair. Their resistance to working on my e-bike was worrisome but it forced me to change the tube myself. Actually, I'm glad it happened this way because now I know I can do the basics and with HEYBIKE'S support I could take care of common problems. TY!😊
