There is a much better way to put the saddle bag on than this. The top straps go the length of the rack not looped through. Also, I would the the reflectors would face the back of the bike not the front.

Just received my bike and started the install…manual not included and the 5mm nut/bolt to attach the front bender also not in my box. The big issue for me, however, was trying to figure out why the stem does not align straight with the stem…that is, when the handlebar is straight, the clamp is about 45° from being straight. It makes the bike unbalanced.

How are you holding the front tire up in the air, if your supposing your stuck somewhere?

Many of us ride regular manual bikes from home to go 40 or more miles for camping and fishing - aka "Bike Packing." I don't understand how a person will carry ebikes that have rear and front racks in a gas guzzling pickup truck to camp and fish!

Thanks my situation was opposite, brakes too loose. It turned out that the stationary pad adjustment was 100% counter-clockwise (loose). Now it's 95% clockwise and working.

My Ranger is going on 2 yrs old , no complaints, rides smoothly, done (0) maintenance just charge the battery and ride , I'm 66 it's a beast , I like to knock out 5- 8 miles and I'm good !

I'VE GOT A GREAT QUESTION. AFTER 2 YEARS MY BATTERY WONT TAKE A CHARGE. IT'S A DOOR STOP NOW. HOW IS THIS A GOOD VALUE? AND YOUR SITE DOES NOT HAVE REPLACEMENTS. I purchased a bike from Heybike for summer use, but the delivery was delayed by over 40 days. When I tried to cancel, Heybike demanded an 8% fee despite not meeting their delivery promise. This is unacceptable and customer-unfriendly. I strongly advise against buying from them.

I ordered a Ranger S(1000w) in the sand color through Heybike on 07/11/24. When I ordered the bike the website stated the bike was in stock and would be shipping in 2 business days. Never received the bike and when I spoke to someone through email support I was advised of a delay and I would receive the bike in a few weeks. I spoke to someone through customer service who assured me my bike would ship out by 07/25/24. The next day I received an email stating my bike would not be delivered until the first week of August. I spoke to someone in customer service today 07/26/24 and now they are advising me the bike won't be delivered until late August. The customer service and experience is terrible. The rep states that they are selling out of so many bikes yet they are understaffed. I asked to speak to a supervisor and no one was provide. Terrible experience and Terrible customer service. For compensation they offered me $70. I literally laughed. I don't want the $70 I want the $1500 bike I paid for and was promised to receive in a few days. Now it's going to be a month or more. They offered no resolution and still don't have a date as to when I should expect the bike that I purchased. After this experience I would not recommend Heybike. And if I want to cancel the order I have to wait up to 120 days before I receive a full refund. My other concern is you have 30 days to return the bike from time of purchase yet it will be over 30 days before I even receive the bike. Terrible Terrible Experience.
