On busy realms it's not uncommon to encounter at least five or six other players farming the Winterspring furbolgs, and when you arrive there's a high chance of finding the village empty of mobs and all respawns being permacamped - and if there's bots around this can be another popular spot for the scum of the earth who use them. I generally find that it's best to set my alarm, get plenty of strong black coffee and go there at around 4:00am if I want to have any chance of farming the mobs. Deadwind Pass is a fantastic location, and you're right in saying that many people don't know about it.
@@ajcarmageddon A high drop rate for Runecloth, plus the usual assortment of greens, and junk. How much profit you're gonna make on the cloth heavily depends on your server though. Right now on my server bot farmers have completely crashed the Runecloth market by flooding the AH with ridiculously cheap stacks selling for just a few coppers over vendor price, but that's a fairly recent problem.

The servers are riddled with numerous bots. All of this is information is pretty much now redundant. We have lost our beloved game to the botting syndicate. :(
He did. And this comment wasn’t saying he didn’t show instance grinds. He was saying that since these open world grinds have been well known for a decade now that everyone’s always camping them and they aren’t as lucrative as the instance grinds.
Level fishing to 225 and fish in stv for a few hours a week. I ended up with a little over 200g when I hit 40 and when I was lvl 52 I had 1k, purely by fishing and doing mining runs in stv

@ It's not that hard, just watch a tutorial video on mages doing it for Dire Maul or Zul Farak or Maradaun, I think they also do it in Sunken Temple.... Copy what they do and after some repetition you will have it memorized. Its probably the highest earning g/h you can do outside of professions

I did almost all these farms with my warrior in 2019 Classic. Then, I decided to roll a mage and in about 2 weeks I was lvl 60 and rich 😂
What did you do on your mage to get rich?
Just lvl a mage and sell xp boost and u be rich
@@maverickbxv AoE lvl/farm from 22-60 that alone will net you ton of gold/BoE's etc. And at max lvl u can continue AoE farming.

Retail classic realms are completely flooded. Look for guided how to do dungeon runs.
every single spot is well known for 20years now... Out in the open you will always find competition. instance farms instead are the way to go.

This are all questionable at best farms for solo players besides mages.
They are all good non class specific though. Mara farms and DM tribute farms on hunters are best, and on rogue pickpocket farming brd is best
