Kudos to you guys for showing what really happens when people take the field with a young dog for the first few times. Both dogs and handlers have mishaps! It's easy to film the dog doing it right, but its more helpful to see the reality. That is a nice pup!
They catch on fast!! I remember our pups.they were pointing at our pet duck when they were oh so little. It was so cute!!

YAWA QUESTION. What are your opinions on rattle snake vaccines and also snake breaking/training for dogs. I have a 13 month old Chocolate lab. Snakes are plentiful here in central Texas. Really enjoy the content y’all are putting out keep up the good work.

I put a little survey tape on a nearby tall grass or bush so I can see where launcher is. I doubt dog cues on it.
Dogs 100 percent will cue off of that in as little as 3/4 reps. My mistake here is I ask for my assistant to set launchers not me!

We get this question a lot.. we will try to shoot a train a bird dog on a budget video or two!
Oh my, about the time Trix was to find/launch the bird a commercial would interrupt. Got to pay the bills, really, at the crucial second!

Is recommended that you have your dog professionally trained
We do our best to provide all the tools you need to do it yourself. If you don't have the time or resources to do so... A pro trainer would be best!
