Why would you swap in a a k20a3....might as well have drove the RSX it came out of. Litteraly the most pointless swap in the world. A gsr swap would have been faster then that economy vtec boat anchor.

So do I buy a cheap k and readily available swap parts to grasp the install and learn, or an overpriced, absolutely abused gsr that everyone and they’re brother glorifies for 40 more hp, absolutely no challenge to my own capability’s. Guess who just ordered swap mounts for another 160hp k swap? 🫶🫶
@@Ruined4bangerso you paid 3k for an automatic base rsx and still had to buy a manual transmission? you could have got a wrecked type s for $1,000 on Copart that is already a 6spd. Since you were going with an automatic K might as well have grabbed a $500 junkyard K24 from a Crv/Accord/element and at least had torque. It never makes sense to use a base rsx/ep3 swap when the same effort you put in could have got something better for probably less money. As for GSR I just bought one from under a palm tree here in Florida for 300 bucks the body of the car was shit and they lost the title but it has 97,000 miles and bone stock and runs strong. I'll probably throw it into a blue 2000 Ls Integra I got for free with a completely broken steering rack but I drove the shit home. Either way do you I get a good laugh at some of the shit you do and I mean that in a good way!
Not sure who told you that but the A3 can absolutely be upgraded, like any other K series. You can literally swap A2 cams, RBC intake, K Pro, header, etc or swap heads. 200+ WHP A3 with OEM parts is pretty simple and cheap. It's like the 01-07 D14Z, D15Y, D16V and D17 engines. All D series can be modified the same.
