- This is a complete re-do of my "Deus Ex: The Recut" video. Some parts I couldn't get exactly the same due to the randomness inherent in the game's AI and lip syncing. It's now in glorious 1080p at 60fps though. I took the liberty of embelishing a little. Enjoy!

I recently played The Nameless Mod and discovered that it does indeed have beans as an item that heals 5 points, so beans are indeed useful.

Absolutely incredible, the pacing of the dialogue and small comedic pauses is what made the original so great and you somehow got it pretty much identical in this recreation. I'm so impressed. Thank you you're amazing.
I'm really glad you like it. Yeah, I tried to not screw up what was already good. Some things might seem like Special Edition shit though and rub people the wrong way. Just in case, I'm keeping the old versions up, but I'm hoping people won't want to go back. I feel like I've learned a lot and improved over time, and looking back at some of the haphazard quality of my old videos is hard.
I must admit I'm rather impressed with the secondary unit

Me and my best friend would quote this video word-for-word all the time to the point where once one of us quoted it, we had to quote nearly the entire video. We could/would jump in anywhere. He'd arrive at my house and I'd be like "About time you shit". Sometimes when he'd finish a cigarette and it was time to return into the house he'd go "what are we waiting for?" and of course I knew exactly what he was quoting. "I dunno...", "I like to pick. my. nose." It was pretty much a running joke for almost 10 straight years since we found the video...
To my eternal misfortune, my best friend was murdered last month in Baltimore. As much as it pains me to say this, this will probably be the last time I can watch this video. The pain is insane. I miss him so much.

The original had a bit of footage that I had to play backward to get the dialogue to line up well enough. There was a walker waking through that got reversed in the process, and someone had commented that it was doing the moonwalk. So this time I animated it that way for real. Even looked up a moonwalking tutorial vid to get it to look legit.

I honestly don't care if the animation matches up the same. I don't mind the new twists in HD. But I am *slightly* concerned that Paul's voice doesn't fade out into the distance as he explains that a non-lethal takedown is always the most silent takedown, while JC ignores him.
