The buggers didnt want anyone to get to that easy, i would expected it to have been in the engine bay in a sealed box. And the panel tool is handy again lol. You sounded a bit knackered, hope your ok.
I have a 2000 Chevy prizm, long story short, I bought it off an older lady who had an aftermarket keyless entry installed. Needless to say they did good on the install aside from hardwiring it into the obd2 port wires🤦🏼♂️ any suggestions on using a jumper for the ECM to check the engine light? I know there’s a spot in the engine bay but that didn’t work either. Is there a jumper port near the ecu? It looks like there may be but wanted to be sure before starting that lol
If you have the model without the separate panel around the climate control pull all 4 knops and remove the 2 screws behind them. Other vice it’s exactly the same.
What was the reason this computer was replaced? I am working on one that the 1 injector appears to not be firing. I changed the injector and that didn't fix it. I unplug it while running no change. Unplug any others it gets worse dies. So it has to be harness or computer is the computer bad about going out in these things on the injectors? What did you do? replace with pre-programmed or send of for refurbish or can you replace with like for like salvage?

I got the code P1071 on my 2007 Toyota Corolla. Autozone recommends I replace the whole ECM. Is this the reason you replaced yours? Thanks for the helpful vid!
I have Toyota Corolla diesel 199? and I am trying to locate the glow plug delay controll unit. I went to the process of stripping the whole console front but no luck. Can anybody tell me where it is located? The unit in this video is the same location as a controller unit on mine but is labelled emmisions controll unit which is very perplexing.Please advise..

Why did you remove the pcm? For what reason? Other than there junk after 150k and need replaced.

Replace your intake manifold gasket, use the revised one, orange color
