Nate going through his entire library and drawing NO INTERACTION, on top of whiffing every single Zur trigger, was the most painful thing I've ever watched.
Yeah that one was my bad. Didnt really math out in my head how much life everything would cost and I chunked myself too hard. Was basically just tunnel visioned on removing stuff cause I was super locked out of the game
@@ElucidYT lmao seeing as it was the second ad naus I've ever cast in my 8 years of magic. I definitely felt like going full throttle and knowing what all the hype was about
One of my favorite channels uploads after not seeing much for a while: Nice Also they're playing a game of ALL commanders I own and have built: VERY NICE
With all the tutors Bill shot off I'm shocked he didn't just win. He had an Abrupt Decay he could have used on the Drannith, and then could have just tutored for Squee (I'm pretty sure he tutored for Necropotence instead)
At 15:49, you shouldn't be able to activate that Rankle trigger yet. The card says "deals combat damage to a player" and not when declared as an attacker. Other than that, awesome game.
After all this talk I hear about Zur being broken and this all high an mighty commander that everyone fears...and this videos shows that Zur can be beat lol XD
Hi there from Germany. First i want to say - thank you for the nice content. It is really nice to watch your videos. And then i have a question. Is there a chance for seeing a Jorn, God of Winter cEDH-Deck from you guys? Especially from Joseph would be nice ;)
Why not lim duls in response to zurs trigger or vamp tutor for removal for the aven mindcensor. Joseph just went untouched til it was a 1v1 after 2 ppl killed themselves
This is a really great example of why you always, always, always name wizard with cavern of souls in Zur. Makes your commander, thassas, spell seeker, dark confidant, and a couple other relevant cards uncounterable
Nate needed to extort more than he did :P He missed a total of 17 extort triggers where he had 3 or more mana floating so even if he was holding counter magic he could have used 1-2 every time and been fine, honestly he had the win.
Was this one from one of the streams? I feel like I remember watching the end of it and listening to y'all talk it out and Nate only being 1 blue pip away from having the needed devotion.
Chulane is pronounced like “hullen” right? Not that I would correct anyone else, but I thought that was how it was pronounced and I like to know for myself.
You are correct, but so many people pronounce it as "Chew-layn". This caused confusion, so instead of explaining the pronunciation in every video he decided to pronounce it like everyone else. Can't win em all as they say.
The name seems to be based on the Irish mythological character Cuu Chulainn (a demigod character similar to Hercules or Adonis), and that name is pronounced “Coo Kullen” or “Coo Hullen”, depending on dialects.
Taking bets now before the video begins on the appearance of Thassa’s Oracle and Demon’ Consult’. 3:36 And is already win. Now taking bets on if the game will be one by the combo Ah damn, Well actually this is a good thing. there was a win that didnt include them. So, cool
@@troysteele3405 Not if he didn't have a way to draw. The Jace activation would draw him the Consultation, but then if he USED Consultation he'd still need a way to try to draw and actually win. If he did find Consultation, he was likely holding it in hand to cast on the end step before his turn.
@@solidmasterdante yeah, I'm sorry I got mixed up in the moment and forgot it only affects your opponent. sorry I don't run it bit dearly hate it. Thank you
I've never watched this channel before. After watching this video, this game was kind of shit. I see what you mean by casual, because if this was cEDH it would have ended a lot differently.
I really love this channel but, IDK if I never noticed it before or what but, the deep breaths from reading seem to be really common in this video and it is really distracting to me for some reason. maybe its my misophonia or something else, who knows.

OH LORD THEY BACK! May their hands be busted but the spirits light!
Joseph didn't kill Bill, that Silence from Nate did.
I'm struggling to see the logic in noxious revivaling for a toxic deluge when you're at 3 life.

@@tatsuhirosatou5513 What's wrong with this game? It looked really fun.
FINALLY!! Welcome back bois
I love discard decks. They’re a lot of fun. One of my faves is Seizan preventer of truth. MTG Muddstah has it on sometimes
Was just wondering when you all were going to return. Glade to have you all back for more games.
what a match full of interactions, love it !!
Missed you guys, great to have you back!

You should watch the UA-cam classic "chocolate rain". It provides a very important lesson for the narrator in the subtitles. Trust me.
Both, Adam and Bill didn't use his life in the best way
I love the selection of decks for this game.
That's why I name wizards when I play Zur, I always fid it to be better in the long run with cavern I find.
Yes! It's great seeing you back, even more great to see another Chulane deck!
Been a good minute...welcome back everyone ....great game need more like this...would love to see more fighting..not so many combo
wheel into silence is probably the most hilarious thing I've seen in a long time. aven mindcensor and ranger captain of eos did so much this game
Welcome back my dude. Missed the content.😩🙏

That was a fantastic game. Y'all always make me wanna play in a casually competitive way.
These or powerful decks, love to see zur go off like it did. GG everyone
I've been waiting so long!
Really enjoy your videos / production. 🙌🏼💪🏼 Getting tired to see these cEdh-games where every other deck is built around Thrasios or Tymna 🥴🙄
Adam should have used his Castle in response to the unblocked Agent! Guys! Focus!
I see chulane, I like.

I was confused by the lack of counters on Nate's mystic remora. Wish Nath could've hung on better but good game
Can one of y'all play B.A.D kaalia? I want to know how to play the deck better.
Wait by bad do you mean the worse one, or the kill-on-sight one

Nate I was rooting for u , that was a great experience guys..rematch it
Damn if only he named cavern of souls to protect his oracle cast
Joseph I love these vids but pleeeease stop gasping into the mic before every other sentence.
i was so confused by that ad nauseam
Can i have the art of Adam's playmat? It would be a perfect gift for a friend
Are there any episodes where the deck power level is maxed out?
That was a great game
where can i find adams play mat?

I do not believe that is a regulation crypt that Nate has, far too little damage haha
