I'm not sure how you have a list of haunted places in Rhode Island without the Harrisville farmhouse. I mean it has spurred movies for crying out loud LOL
Thank you for doing a Haunted video of RI. Being a paranormal investigator from RI. I have been to many these places with exception of the Newport Mansions. Plus there are other great places not listed in this video. We have so much history and haunted locations
I live in Massachusetts and close to Rhode Island, I have visited the Nathaniel Green homestead and it's beautiful but very haunted, u could feel things, and yes hear the wheels of a carriage on the gravel.
Seaview Terrace was once used by Salve Regina University as a dorm as well. It is currently on the market for $30 million. The owner of Belcourt Castle Carolyn Rafaelian is the owner of Alex and Ani.
Rhode Island is so haunted you need a part 2 video. You forgot sooooo many. Ya know Slater Mill is also haunted, as well as the famed Harrisville home, and the book Something Upstairs by Avi takes place in a historical Providence home (the book is based on fiction but I went on a trip to that house and apparently there is a blood stain in the attic and tour guides say the house is haunted)
The White Horse Tavern in Newport RI is also very supernaturally active. I have a video from when I worked there of heavy heavy metal bowls sticking to the ceiling for 5 minutes and then violently crashing and falling down. We all saw it happen randomly . There's cold spots that appear in certain areas in the basement and upstairs. I used to also open for a little bit and clean the upstairs and front of house and would be completely alone when doing this. I'd hear footsteps occasionally and doors opening and closing.
Yes please. As a person who grew up in Connecticut I can confirm there are a lot of haunted places in that state. The Union Cemetery which is close to my hometown of Redding is said to be haunted by a white lady and I saw a claim one time of the Mark Twain house in Hartford being haunted by the Clemens family (Mark Twain’s family).
I loved going to crescent park in the 70s. At that time the park was not well taken care of. I was happy to see there was a renovation taking place. Slater mill should be on the list. 1st it was the birthplace of the industrial age. 2nd they used children to work there. A few died getting caught in the looms. I and many Rhode Island school children in the 70s and 80s have gone on field trips there. There was an unsettling feeling there.
Thanks for the suggestion and infro @nans969. We'll definitely look into Slater Mill for future videos. Have you gotten to visit any of the other haunted places on this list?
I lived near The Greene house in Coventry. Never toured it. Was there at Christmas. My sister lived around the corner from it. It wasn't open for us to tour. Next trip I'll try to go.
Thé by far most haunted place in Rhode Island is the conjuring house my friend. It gained the most infamous title in the United States and maybe even the world.
The area closest to the carousel is one of the richest areas with houses along the waterfront. The carousel is still working and gets a large crowd for events.
For all those who would read this.......Are you also looking for Family Guy referrences here in the comments section? Quahog, Spooner St., Etc etc? Giggity giggity 😂
I used to live on the "actual" spooner st. In providence. Off Elmwood Ave. The Family Guy creator lived on the street while attending RISD or Rhide Island School of Design.... This is the reason behind the Street name.

My house is haunted. A man committed suicide right beside me on the steps
I live in Newport and I can say yes Bellcourt is haunted. There's also The Bells (Kennedy horse stables) that's haunted also
I thought Seaview looked like the Collin's Mansion on Dark Shadows and I was right.

I was a tour guide there in the 80's, one of the owners, Harley Tinney spoke of various hauntings, I never saw anything supernatural.

Block Island in RI could have its own list
The Carousel in Riverside used be be nice back in the day now it's such a scummy and grimy neighborhood,
The richest section of East Providence is just beyond the carousel.
The area closest to the carousel is one of the richest areas with houses along the waterfront. The carousel is still working and gets a large crowd for events.
