    Marble cake called Marmorkuchen in German,
    originated in Germany back in the 19th Century.
    The technique of this cake is to create a marble effect
    with two different colors of cake batters together.

    Marble butter cake
    Ingredients :
    -Butterhouse butter -275g
    -Buttercake mix - 500g
    -Euronatra cocoa powder - 5g
    -Chocolate imauco 1/2 tsp
    -Egg - 6 NOS
    -7" x 7" cake tin
    Method方法 -
    -Add in butter & buttercake mix
    -Beat in slow speed
    -Add in eggs and beat until creamy
    (Mixture 1)
    -Batter 200g
    -Add cocoa powder , chocolate imauco & well mix
    -Pour into piping bag
    -Set the balance batter into 7" x 7" cake tin
    -Pipe the mixture 1 into batter
    -Use chopstick to draw circle
    -Bake at 160°C-170°C for 35-40 minutes
