Honestly, the only thing holding this podcast back atm is Bob. I get they brought him in to play a Mike Majlak type of role, but he just seems completely uninformed about the guests and really rushes through topics like its an interview...

Petition to move Bob behind the scenes. Unfortunately he’s off putting to guests and viewers, often uninformed on the subjects, repetitive, and generally not providing on camera value. Behind the scenes he might be amazing. On camera his questions, tones, dementor, repetitiveness, etc ain’t it. Strategically it’d be best to incorporate a different 3rd.

Also wanna make clear I have no beef with him or mind his presence any great deal. Strategically from a viewer/business/growth standpoint he will have to level up or the pod will suffer over time. Maybe it’s too soon to judge. To be fair the whole crew could use a dial in and more reps.
I don’t think the one guy was really messing the interview up, if anything he probably kills the vibe cuz I think he’s keeping the flow of the talk like covering topics, he probably has a list lol. And jake seemed cool had no idea about him that much but I get it.
