I will say this, no one has an excuse, ESPECIALLY not in the Information age. I’m an ex Muslim of Albanian decent from the US. I had NEVER heard the gospel in my life until I stumbled upon it on UA-cam one day. I was instantly compelled by the Holy Spirit to accept Christ and I’m growing day by day in the faith. God has his ways of showing us his word if it is meant for us to see and accept it. Trust me, I would have NEVER thought myself to ever be Christian. I was on the path to Atheism following the death of my Grandmother whom I loved very much. But God works in mysterious ways! Hallelujah I’m saved and praise Jesus every day. Continuing on, we are called to spread the word. We don’t know who is elect and who isn’t. We’re just called to evangelize. Whoever‘s heart God softens and opens to the gospel of Jesus Christ, that’s God’s doing. We are the instruments God has chosen and ordained to evangelize. The saving of humanity is entirely to God’s praise and Glory. None of us can boast

"showing us his word if it is meant for us to see" Which implies literally billions were not meant to see it. Orchestrating the misery of billions could only be justified if human beings are viewed as utility figures, as if it were possible to reconcile that with beings with eternal souls who can suffer. Any thinking person should have a problem with this.

Sometimes I think we push the boundaries of theology too far. There's definitely some good stuff here. But I'm very cautious about being "too sure" when it comes to declaring what God does and does not plan/correlate/ordain. I'm not sure we can read this much into the scriptures, especially from our vantage point today.
Surely the short answer to this question is "we don't know exactly"?

That's it. Man is born into sin and their natural state is to be an enemy of God. God takes out a person's heart of stone and gives them a heart of flesh. God gives them eyes to see and ears to hear. "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. 28 I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to me,[a] is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand." God saves who HE chooses because of His grace alone. When the gospel is proclaimed, His sheep hear His voice, and come to Jesus. Doesn't matter what denomination, background, race, etc....if an elect person hears the gospel, then the holy spirit works in them and that person will come to know and love the Lord. God doesn't try to save everyone, but ultimately fails. He saves absolutely everyone that he chooses to save, and simply gives the rest what they want - eternal separation from God. Hell is locked from the inside. All of us used to run away from God, but once given a new heart, we see clearly, and turn to run towards him.

Mans ability to use reason and logic is a gift from God. Gen 1:26 (KJV)
To understand the whys and wherefores of the “Great Tribulation” you first need to know who the “hot”, “lukewarm”, and “cold” are.
15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. Rev 3:15-16 (KJV)
The bible (KJV) teaches that if you deny Jesus then Jesus will deny you.

      Jerusalem is a spiritual city.
26 But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all. Gal 4:26 (KJV)
      And
24 An altar of earth thou shalt make unto me, and shalt sacrifice thereon thy burnt offerings, and thy peace offerings, thy sheep, and thine oxen: IN ALL PLACES WHERE I RECORD MY NAME I will come unto thee, and I will bless thee. Ex 20:24 (KJV)
      And

Through providence God raises a nation to draw his adopted to,
1 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:
2 And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.
      Rev 12:1-2 (KJV)
The sun representing the nation of power for the day, the woman representing the adopted (lukewarm), and the child representing a major prophet (elect, hot).
      .
3 And I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all countries whither I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase.
4 And I will set up shepherds over them which shall feed them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith the Lord. Jer 23:3-4 (KJV).
      And
43 Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof. Matt 21:43 (KJV)
Exactly the same way he drew his adopted to this nation (U.S.A.) “One nation under God”.
“Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses, yearning to breathe free,
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore,
Send these, the homeless, tempest tost to me,
I lift my lamp beside the golden door.”
But alas the nation always goes the way of the world and becomes a beast. Seven times God has raised a nation of great power, (represented by the sun) to lead the world to heaven on earth or to desolation. Seven times he has brought it down to the pit (hell), today being the eighth and last time.
10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.
11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition. Rev 17:10-11 (KJV)
We (U.S.A.) are the ones who brought down fire from heaven in Aug. of 1945 and we are the ones that gave life to the image of the beast in May of 1948.
13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,
14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. Rev 13:13-15 (KJV)
But know this, if the truth were being told then the prophecy,
14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. Matt 24:14 (KJV)
would have happened a years ago.
But when the true gospel is preached in all nations then all will know the TRUE reason for the “Great Tribulation” which is for all on this earth except the elect (the “hot”) which are caught up to the third heaven (where God dwells) in a twinkling at the last trump, the beginning of the Great Tribulation.
The hypocritical and unbelieving (the “cold”) for vengeance and wrath unto the second death (the lake of fire, our nearest star). The sincere and believing (the adoption “the lukewarm”) for chastisement unto ever lasting life, that will be spewed out to a new earth (the waters above Gen. 1:6-8) after 3 ½ years of chastisement.
29 For, lo, I begin to bring evil on the city which is called by my name, and should ye be utterly unpunished? Ye shall not be unpunished: for I will call for a sword upon all the inhabitants of the earth, saith the LORD of hosts. Jer 25:29 (KJV)
      And
15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. …
19 As many as I love, I rebuke and CHASTEN: be zealous therefore, and repent.
      Rev 3:15-19 (KJV)
      So at the final trumpet there is this;
      nuclear war, or wwIII
21 And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great. Rev 16:21 (KJV)
Then the U.S.A. (satan, a power and principality) being the only one with relatively any power left will know that they have “but a short time” and will come after the woman, (the adoption) the true children (church) of God.
Don’t take my word for it, or anybodies for that matter. Come to the bible with sincere want for truth, and not to consume it upon your lusts, but that you may do true worship and obedience to God, with a repentant heart, and with reason and logic the spirit of God will teach.11 … in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so. Acts 17:11 (KJV)
May God have mercy on his children. Amen

In this video Piper attempts to explain how an elect person must be kept alive by God until he places his faith in Christ. This is a bold statement and cannot be found anywhere in Scripture. In fact, the opposite is true - Paul said to the Corinthians, “Behold, now is the acceptable time, behold, now is the day of salvation.” Since God’s Word says NOW is the acceptable time, why would God be planning a time way into the future, to save a person before he dies?
The Bible also says, “It is appointed for men to die once and after this comes judgment.”
With a warning like this who would want to take a chance on coming to faith sometime in the future?
To prove his position, Piper quotes Eph 1:4 just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before Him.
Calvinists interpret this verse to say that God chose, before the foundation of the world, certain individuals to be saved and only they would be made holy and blameless. Non-Calvinists, on the other hand, understand this verse to say that God, before the foundation of the world, determined that all those who freely come to Christ, ie, are now in Christ; will be made holy and blameless.

Piper also referred to 2 Tim 2:10 to prove his position on election - For this reason I endure all things for the sake of those WHO ARE CHOSEN, so that they also may obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus and with it eternal glory.
It was very common for Paul and Peter to refer to the Jews as those who are ‘chosen’ or are the ‘circumcised’.
In this verse Paul is referring to the Jews who were causing him much hardship. Paul also wrote, “You also endured the same sufferings at the hands of your own countrymen who both killed the Lord Jesus and the prophets, and drove us out. They are not pleasing to God, but hostile to all men, hindering us from speaking to the Gentiles so that they may be saved.”
Paul is simply saying that he endures all things for the sake of his countrymen, the Jews, God’s chosen people, so that they, the Jews, may also obtain salvation.
It is very misleading for Piper to suggest that only an elect person can/must be saved as the Bible clearly states that “For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved” and “God is now declaring to men that all people everywhere should repent … having furnished proof to all men by raising Him from the dead.”

    • @2timothy23

Greg Jay, I think your reasoning is a bit faulty. If God chose from the foundation of the world, then by default a person isn't going to die before that time where he or she will hear the gospel and be saved. You wrote this about Ephesians 1:4, that there are some that "understand this verse to say that God, before the foundation of the world, determined that all those who freely come to Christ, ie, are now in Christ; will be made holy and blameless." You can't get "determined that all those who freely come to Christ" from that text; you have to insert it. And this is where the faulty premise lies; if you think man will "freely" come, then you must insert it into the text where it doesn't fit.
As for 2 Corinthians 6:2, it is emphasizing a point in 6:1, that there is a time accepted by God where sinners will be saved because grace is from God (verse 1), therefore Paul reminds the Corinthians that the day to repent and believe is always now. It generally speaks to all sinners, regardless if they repent or not because God commands all men to repent (Acts 17:30). The gospel message is a command that sinners are obligated to obey because they're lawbreakers (1 John 3:4) that know all about God based on their conscience and creation, but they hold that truth in their unrighteous nature (Romans 1:18-23). This is why sinful mankind is without excuse whether they've heard the gospel or not. This is the reason they are held accountable because they know about God, but hate Him (Jesus said the sinful world hates Him, God the Father, and Christians in John 15:18-23). And if God doesn't ordain the beginning to the end (read Isaiah 46:9-11), then all God can do is sit back and wait for man to make a choice, then man dies and God says, "Oh, man, I was waiting for him to choose me but he didn't. I sure hope the next sinner does before he dies."
Your explanation of 2 Timothy 2:10 isn't justified by the text or the writings of Paul. if he is making a point about the Jews, he specifies it. In this verse, the elect are those that obtain salvation in Jesus Christ; it is never specified it was kinsmen in the flesh like Romans 9:3, and even then in Romans 9 it goes on to explain why some Jews are saved and some aren't; God's sovereignty. The elect are all those chosen by God unto salvation in this verse. You couldn't make the case you made when Paul called the Thessalonians brethren, beloved who knew their election of God (1 Thessalonians 1:4). Or how about Colossians 3:12, where he calls the believers in that church "the elect of God?" Or how about Titus 1:1 saying he is "an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God's elect?" Are all these verses talking about the Jews? And since Paul is the "apostle of the Gentiles" (Romans 11:12), it would be illogical to assume his epistles to various churches made up of Gentiles and Jews would be referencing the elect as just the Jews.
And finally, the "whosoever" in John 3:16 says exactly what it says, but the verse never tells you how the "whosoever" has the ability to believe. You must infer it by your "free" will presupposition. Any verse that declares something emphatically interprets any verse that infers, and Jesus plainly said that no one can come to Him unless the Father gives/grants them to Him in John 6:37-44 (the same John that wrote John 3:16). Only the elect will be saved because they are chosen by God. No one knows who the elect are but God, which is why God tells us to preach the gospel because he uses the Word of God as the means to bring the elect to salvation (Romans 10:14-17).

@@2timothy23 [I think your reasoning is a bit faulty.] My reasoning is not faulty; it differs to that of Calvinists and is consistent with God’s character and other parts of Scripture.
[If God chose from the foundation of the world, then by default a person isn't going to die before that time where he or she will hear the gospel and be saved] This is the whole point - did God determine, before the foundation of the world, those who would believe, or did He determine what would become of those who do freely believe, ie, they would be made holy and blameless?
This is a very bold statement to make; in fact, one could argue that it is a major doctrine; that God keeps a person alive until he accepts Christ as his Saviour. This makes an elect person indestructible. He could go to war and not be killed, he could drink and drive and not be killed, he could overdose on drugs and not die, he could do anything and yet his life would not be taken until he hears the Gospel and repents. It is as significant as saying man cannot be saved by his own works. If it was true then it would be recorded somewhere in the Bible. God has magnified His Word above His name and this is why non-Calvinists debate the claims of Calvinists.
[You can't get "determined that all those who freely come to Christ" from that text] Let me rephrase; Before the foundation of the world, God chose all those who are in Christ, to be holy and blameless. The point being, God does not choose who will be in Christ, He chooses those who are in Christ, to be holy and blameless.
V1 reads: we also urge you not to receive the grace of God in vain. I’m not sure how you interpret this to mean [that there is a time accepted by God where sinners will be saved]

Your statement [Paul reminds the Corinthians that the day to repent and believe is always now] I agree. That’s why I say it makes no sense that God would keep them alive into the future despite the possibility of them dying from natural causes or reckless living.
[It generally speaks to all sinners, regardless if they repent or not because God commands all men to repent] Of course God commands all men to repent because all men can repent. If God determined that only the elect can repent then God would be unfair to command the non-elect to repent.
[The gospel message is a command that sinners are obligated to obey] I have never read that sinners are obligated to obey. Paul said to the people in Corinth, “WE BEG YOU on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.”
I agree that sinful mankind is without excuse, whether they've heard the gospel or not, because of what they know about God based on their conscience and creation. But if there were a non-elect people then they would have an excuse because they were not chosen to believe.
[if God doesn't ordain the beginning to the end (read Isaiah 46:9-11), then all God can do is sit back and wait for man to make a choice,] This is a poor choice of words to describe life as we live it. God told Adam not to eat of a certain fruit. This does not mean that God sat back and waited for Adam to make a choice. God told Cain what he must do to be reconciled. This does not mean that God sat back and waited for Cain to make his choice. To claim that God determined all that happens, both good and evil, implicates God in all the evil we see around us.
Non-Calvinists understand God’s sovereignty to mean that God has the power and authority to do whatever He wants. In this fallen world God often decides not to do what He wants but instead allows us to behave in dumb ways and we suffer the consequences as a result. God is so wise that He can turn our bad choices or bad experiences, sometimes from no fault of our own, to good.
[then man dies and God says, "Oh, man, I was waiting for him to choose me but he didn't] This is one of the greatest misrepresentations given by Calvinists on what non-Calvinists believe. Non-Calvinists believe that all sinners can respond to the message of Truth, whether preached by the prophets, the apostles or preachers today. God offers Salvation to all sinners and He desires that all come to repentance and a knowledge of the Truth.
[The elect are all those chosen by God unto salvation in this verse.] This demonstrates how Calvinists interpret the text differently to non-Calvinists. How is it possible for God who is infinite in love, rich in mercy and grace, and kind in all His deeds, to choose so few of His fallen creation for Salvation and simply allow the vast majority to perish? Some Calvinists even believe that God made the wicked for the day of judgement.
[You couldn't make the case you made when Paul called the Thessalonians brethren, beloved who knew their election of God (1 Thessalonians 1:4).] “knowing, brethren beloved by God, His choice of you;” This verse does not say that God chose them to believe. They are brethren, beloved by God and that is why God has chosen them. This is how we differ; God does not choose particular people to be in Christ; He chooses people who are in Christ.
Colossians 3:12 “So, as those who have been chosen of God, holy and beloved,” Once again, this verse does not say that God chose them to believe. They are chosen because they received the free gift of Salvation and are now in Christ.
Titus 1:1 “for the faith of those chosen of God … in the hope of eternal life, which God, who cannot lie, promised long ages ago” Whenever Calvinists see the word “chosen” they immediately think it means chosen to believe. God has chosen all those who are in Christ to have eternal life which was promised long ages ago.
Remember when the Apostle Peter said that some of Paul’s teaching is hard to understand and consequently distorted by the untaught. This is what Calvinism has done to the word “chosen.” “Chosen” has become distorted and now paints a picture of a mean spirited God who only wants to save a very small percentage of His fallen creation. In the case of the Japanese people this would be just 1%.
It also paints a picture of God, though infinite in love, rich in mercy and grace, and kind in all His deeds; hates Esau, and, by association, hates all other reprobates as well.
This is not the God of the Bible and it only comes about because some very popular, highly persuasive Bible teachers misinterpret certain difficult and easy to understand passages of Scripture.

The town was convicted by the Spirit, by the grace of God. Yet did not respond.

This all makes sense except for one thing. I'm sure there are people living in remote parts of the world where no communication from the outside world exists. People have lived and died in these places for many generations without hearing the Gospel. Did God not allow any of the elect in to be born in these places? In Genesis 22:18 God told Abraham "and through your offspring all nations on earth will be blessed, because you have obeyed me.” I take that to mean that no people group will be left out.
The same could probably be said of those who have mental impairments that preclude a comprehension of the Gospel.
Jesus made salvation possible for all and I believe God has ways of reaching every elect individual no matter where they are or when they lived. It just might not be in the way we expect.

      @@reecemorris9820 -Hi!
Yes, thank you, I realize that.
My disagreement is in that John Calvin taught that GOD chose/elected people to go to hell - or to be saved from hell - BEFORE they have even heard the GOSPEL of GOD'S LOVE. It is GOD'S GOSPEL and we are told in *1st Corinthians 13:1 - "Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging symbol. *Verse 2 - And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. *Verse 3 - And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing."
*1st Corinthians 13:13 - "And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love." (NKJV)
(As I'm sure you know - there are many more verses and passages that talk about GOD'S LOVE.)
If John Calvin is to be believed - then there would be at least 3 immediate problems:
#1- GOD could have made robots to praise and worship HIM - but he chose humans - and I think that says a lot about love being mutual and therefore we must reciprocate and that is why GOD sovereignly chose to allow us to choose to believe HIS GOSPEL TRUTH or not.
#2- When a Calvinist goes out to share GOD'S GOSPEL - he doesn't tell them - (uh, you might not be one of the chosen/elect - but I have to tell you the GOSPEL just in case.) THAT IS NOT THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST!)
That is what is in the mind of the Calvinist when they share GOD'S GOSPEL!
#3- I believe when GOD says HE chose us before the foundation of the world - HE chose [THOSE who would BELIEVE HIS GOSPEL.]
Surely GOD knows all things from the beginning to the end - and HE surely knows who will believe and who will not - the Bible tells us this too. One example we find in *Matthew 23:7 - "Jerusalem, Jerusalem, who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I would to gather your children together, the way a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were unwilling." (NKJV)
I believe when GOD said HE chose us from before the foundation of the world - HE did - but HE chose those (plural - corporate ) that would be JEW and the GREEK/GENTILE that will be grafted in when they BELIEVE GOD'S GOSPEL of HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON CHRIST JESUS THE LAMB OF GOD!!!

    • @kimberleerivera7062

@@reecemorris9820 - John Calvin didn't come up with the acronym T.U.L.I.P. That has been added after by modern-day Calvinists.
I study the Reformation, and it reminds me of *Matthew 24 - when JESUS CHRIST tells/warns HIS disciples - in Matthew 24:8 - "All these are the beginning of sorrows. *Verse 9 - " Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you and you will be hated by all nations for MY NAME'S - sake. *Verse 10 - And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another.
*Verse 11 - Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. *Verse 12 - And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold."
Sounds just like what happened at the "Reformation" and John Calvin who had people put to death if they didn't believe the same thing as he did. John Calvin ran Church and State together - and that is a problem to begin with.

(Eph 1:4 KJV) According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
Please "note" that God chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we SHOULD be holy and without blame before him in love.
This verse is conditional and speaks of believers being (mature) holy and without blame before him in love.
(Eph 1:5 KJV) Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
God also predestinated us (the believer) unto the adoption of children (sons) by Jesus Christ to himself. This also points to maturity.
The Scriptures do not teach that God chooses some people to be saved and others to be lost.
Instead, God has chosen that the believer SHOULD be mature in his or her walk. But this can only happen if the believer allows the Holy Spirit to live the life of Christ through their (new man). And this occurs when the believer has put off the (old man).
This has nothing to do with God electing an unbeliever unto justification. But it does have everything to do with God choosing a believer to walk in maturity (sanctification).

Good video. The elect will not die without hearing the gospel because this is the way God saves a sinner. He chooses them in Christ before the foundation of the world (Ephesians 1:4) and brings an appointed time for them to be saved through the preaching of the gospel (Romans 10:14-17). The sad thing is there is such opposition to God's believers being called the elect in scripture. The thinking here is that if God chooses or elects a sinner, then the sinner is somehow a robot and God is wicked if He doesn't choose someone. No place in scripture is God obligated to save a sinner; He does so out of love and grace (John 3:16, Ephesians 2:8-9).
Sinful mankind, however is obligated to fear God and obey His commandments (Ecclesiastes 12:13) because they are sinners who break God's law (1 John 3:4) in every aspect of their being (Romans 3:10-18, Ephesians 2:1-3, Jeremiah 17:9, etc.). They are not able to repent and believe because their very nature is against God (in fact they hate God according to Jesus' words in John 15:18-23) because they have carnal minds that are hostile to God which makes them unable to please God in their sinful flesh (Romans 8:5-8). It is the tremendous, unfathomable grace of God that He has mercy on any sinner to choose them (Ephesians 1:4-5), redeem them (Ephesians 1:7), and seal them until glorification (Ephesians 1:13-14).

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, (everybody ) that He gave His only begotten Son, Jesus, that WHOSOEVER, BELIEVETH in Him, should not perish, but HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE. If you have everlasting life today, you will have everlasting life for ever because it is ETERNAL LIFE. You can not lose eternal life. That is an oxymoron.
John 6:47 Verily, verily, I say unto you, he that BELIEVETH on me, HATH EVERLASTING LIFE. Present tense. Jesus said it, I believe it, and that settles it. Believers are not longer condemned, but unbelievers are condemned already because they have not believed on the name of the Son of God. You either have believed, and HAVE ETERNAL LIFE or you have not believed and are on your way to hell.
First John 5:13 These things have I written unto you that BELIEVE on the name of the Son of God, that ye may KNOW YE HAVE ETERNAL LIFE. Not because of anything we have done or will do but because Jesus paid our sin debt in full, past, present, and future sins we have not even thought of yet. And He imputes His perfect righteousness to us WITHOUT WORKS. Romans 4:6.
Unless ye repent, change your mind and quit trusting in what you do to save you, and trust in Jesus plus nothing to save you, you will not be saved. Romans 4:5 You must do the will of His Father to be saved. John 6:40.
Matthew 7:21-23 Trusting in your own works will send you to hell. We can only be saved by Jesus finished work on the cross plus nothing. No works. Ephesians 2:8-9 We have nothing to boast in because all we did was believe what Jesus said. Romans 3:26-28 Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the GIFT of God is ETERNAL LIFE, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 11:6 AMAZING GRACE, JESUS PAID IT ALL AND WE PAID 0. IT IS FREE, or not at all because you can not earn it.

Repent, believe, receive and share the overflow of His marvellous grace, of His kingdom at hand, preaching to all living creatures that Jesus Christ is Lord & saviour. 'The bible' says that God will save His elect, what's not to understand? Faith comes from hearing the word of God, yes that means somebody will tell the elect and if there is nobody then God will tell them Himself, like He has been from the beginning, because Jesus (Yeshua- Yah(God) Oshea(Delivers)) is the Word of God (Jn1:1) READ YOUR BIBLE!

John piper is awesome BUT his theology on Elect ( predestined/Calvinism) is so WHACK. You’re trying to place an answer to why people aren’t saved when there is nothing in the Bible to insinuate that. He loved the WORLD, (Not He loved the elect) and gave His son in the CHANCE that we might love Him back.

What a load of tosh. Read the bible your version of elect is not scriptural but based based on philosophy thought. Sick of people like you misteaching scripture. Folks run and be not deceived. Jesus died for all not all the elect. Scripture, context, scripture, context.
