Who better then Gregg Allman to sing Tuesday's Gone in tribute to Ronnie. The two kings of southern rock. One of the last left paying tribute to one sadly gone in the past. Ronnie, Allen, Steve, Billy, Leon, Cassie, Jo Jo and Dean you are all missed. Fly on Free Bird's.
I wish Gary Rossington could have been there, that would have been the icing on the cake. Thanks Mr Allman for decades of great music, the heartbeat of generations.
I gotta say this, all in all, Skynyrd was the best band Ever, period when Ronnie, Steve ,Cassie, are alive and it had to make Gary feel good to see that tribute happen. that he was a part of the beginnings and everything inbetween. Wish Donnie woulda done more with Jonny!!! miss Ronnie, Allen, Bob, BILLY, JOJO, I LOVE SKYNYRD!!!!! Best band ever was
I don't understand why they did what they did to such a wonder and beautiful song. Even being one of finale songs. the one Skynyrd did at Fox back in the day was so perfect it makes ya cry. this one was cheesy and makes y Cry cause it sucked so bad. Shame on yall up there ,except Gregg, Gregg, I love you man. So disapointed by this rendition, I'd rather not heard it, ever. the piano player should be ashamed, if you're going to do a one off tribute to the best band Ever , AT THE FOX of all places, do it RIGHT. I really wish I coulda been there tho 😞 Thanks guys for doing this show. that song and gimme back my bullets by cheap trick are the only beefs. And maybe Ask me no Questions, who is OAR? To 'White' no 'music'
Steve Honea - Ummm...no it wasn't. It appeared on "Pronounced." Skynyrd had released "Street Survivors" just before the plane crash that altered their forming lineup for the future, but you can't discredit the current lineup. I can't stand people who do. It's like Johnny doesn't matter to them. He does a great job! And Rossington is still there. And Medlocke played with them when they were younger and was a good friend. Your comment doesn't make sense

This is from Skynyrd's first album, actually, released in 1973…
those back up singers ruined the whole fucking song. Mr Allman on the other hand was brilliant as always.
Ron Spacey The crowd ruined it too. I didn't come here to hear a bunch of yahoos from the peanut gallery.
