for people asking why did thawne fly for no reason. it wasnt for no reason he clearly wanted to be above flash to show superiority and feel like a god.
Thawne probably used his Negative Speed Force connection to input power to his feet and to lift himself into the air allowing him to temporary fly? I don't know but that's my take on why he was able to fly
It doesn't make sense tho. The show literally called the Flash. It was supposed to have running and surpassed enemies with punching scenes. Not some weird abilities 🗿🗿
Do Flash Season 9 "Rise of Negativity" (Concept) Trailer Synopsis: After defeating thawne and reseting the universe, Team Flash celebrate their victory too soon because after the universe reset, it created many new threats such as Red Death(David Hersh), Cobalt Blue(Malcom Thawne or Eddie Thawne), Daniel West, Black Racer and Negative Zoom. Team Flash must be on the look out for old threats such as Zoom, Bloodwork, Mirror Monarch, Cicada, Devoe and Death Storm but team flash doesn't realize is that they could be seeing the mentioned threat known as Chronarch Do this concept pls and credit this!
Blue lightning represents the past green represents the present and yellow/orange represents the future, At least that's how I interpreted it and thawn was to focused on the present, while at the end barry focused on the future and to do that he had to also accept/focus on the past and the present in order to focus on the future, this is why barry allen was able to beat thawn in my opinion.
@@lewisbray8538 Simply put, their colors are directly tied to how fast they are, with DC Comics taking inspiration from real-world science of speed, light, and blueshift. Red is the slower end of the visible light spectrum, while blue and indigo are the faster forms of visible. Basically if you look at it this way you need to speed up faster to go into the future, the slower you go the deeper into the past you can also go, and again yellow/orange is the present for you forget how/where these different speed forces come from, they are all from different earths/realitys intact some are actually from the past and some from the future, thus the yellow/orange is the present because that's who all of our time is focused on is Barry allen aka the flash, and guess what happens later on in the series he meets his son and daughter who are both chosen by different speed forces then eventually he meets the speed forces, without the present there can be no future and without a future there can never have been a past for the past is what has already happened, Gotta follow the laws of physics.
@@soranibrahim5334 No, the colours here are literally the colours of the different forces. It's kinda the point of the scene before hand when all 4 of the forces put their energy into him. He's using the power of all the different forces. You are right that they do use colour in the series to represent different speeds of light, but that's not what's being represented here with the colours. You can't just look at the one isolated moment and say "it means this" you gotta look at the full narrative they've craft around it and the setup to it. The problem here is the direction and ideas that they took with transferring flash from a comic to TV, they had to come up with a way to represent different high speeds, so they used the colour spectrum, and whilst they did use colour to an extent in the comics for the same purpose, never to this amount of the spectrum. But in the comics, the 4 forces are represented with the colours green, blue, pink, yellow/orange so when they brought them over to be faithful to the comics they had to keep them those colours, even tho they had already used some of those colours to represent different speeds. So I'll ask you, re watch the full clip, take a moment to think about it and then ask yourself, with the narrative of the moment, does it make more sense for it to be representing different speeds, or for it to be representing the four forces?
@@myrixica4222 think about their powers for a second, green slows/stops time, blue is the speed rush between 2 time generations making blue part of the past since eventually they are destroyed by the blue energy since the past can only go so far until it reaches the present where it fades away making way for the present, yellow being the present aka the flash, and orange being the future version of the flash, also if you see where they all come from it's from different earths which guess what is all technologically different, one earth is still In the past another is in the future and another could be the present, the fact that the flash keeps making flash points in the series in an attempt to save the worlds is actually what destroys those worlds and forces him to move to another timeline/earth thus either moves him into the future or the past depending on how fast he goes and the faster he runs the slower everything is around him and if the flash runs fast enough he could technically stop everything around him thus is why he is considered the present, for the past earth like 900million years ago would not be able to move towards the future since the future is not absolute and he could mess one thing up that could ruin the entire present like he did in season 2 of the flash by accident.
I always thought that to an extent, they did Tom's Thawne dirty in the later half of the show. There was so much more depth to him when the show first started, even to the point of him actually caring about Barry while turning him into the Flash, back when he was pretending to be Wells. This version of Thawne persisted in the next few seasons when he would show up occasionally. But I believe it was right around the time they did the Earth X special, Thawne into this 2 Dimensional worthless character. Petty, jealous with no real motivation anymore. Even in the season this episode is from, Barry just flat out asks why Eobard hates him and the reason is so minor that he calls him a sociopath for obsessing over it. They made Thawne such a pathetic character by the end. Nothing of the persona he was in the early seasons.
You know the character now isn't as intimidating as he was in the first 5 seasons... They did him dirty I also kinda like how his suit was whenever he was in a fight. His eyes glowing red and a vibrating suit. It would have been even cooler in his black suit.
*plot* lets give barry all the force powers with 0 knowledge how to use them but well just make it so he knows what to do And well make eobards ego the reason he kills himself.. Honestly this fight could have ben so much better if it was just og season 8 flash vs og reverse flash with just their speed
i watch the flash in my seep i have all his an reverse flash statues for inspiration also to keep trying to walk after being ran over on my motorcycle last july
This is actually the last episode when I finally got too fed up with the stupidity going on from the studio and stopped watching the series, so for me it was the end. 🤣
i still think zoom is the best villian and season 2 is the best hunter zoloman does more damage to the city then any villian zoom has the best backstory and will always be the best villian of the flash
Queria que o barry continuasse com esses novos poderes(todas as forças) assim ele seria " imbatível "contra os novos vilões dele e ele poderia aumentar a velocidade dele até a velocidade da luz (meu sonho) viagei aqui
I know that it’s thawne, but does he have a new name with the new suit or is he still reverse flash. I’m not talking about black flash btw. What I’m basically asking is, is the black suited speedster from the comics or is there not black suited speedster
The black suited speedster in the comics was black flash(grim reaper for speedsters). He appeared at the end of s2 when time wraiths turned zoom into black flash.Although he is different from black flash in the comics.
Thank you for watching!
Wow, what a finale. Although I had some doubts about it, the episode was very intriguing in my opinion.

I hope so. I love Tom but Matt well deserves the spotlight now, as the main evil reverse flash.
Correct lmao
Nope he came back again in season 9
surprise lmao hes back once again

Super great video bro. Earned my sub. :)

Great F*cking Work. 10/10
This just felt like a movie for some reason
