I never played Pokémon competively but watching this really makes me want to get into it. I didn't know Pokémon was about predicting your opponents moves and set ups.
The single player is fun, but doesn't really convey how deep the battles can be!

Bro that was clutch. I was looking for a good way to utilize the hidden abilities on Armouruge and Ceruledge. Got a new sub.
ngl the moment that Ceruledge went for swords dance instead of just the kill I facepalmed. Thing has 130 base attack and tink has 77 defense, it would just kill it outright. Why try to set-up... You've seen the knockoff?
The only other thing I can imagine is them having misread Graviton hammer thinking it's like hyper-beam :P

Nice battle. I was trying the same strategy with indeedee plus armarouge but I added an unburden mon like I think you did plus the new buffed Gallade with sharpness and sacred sword.

Thank you for this video. Ive seen so much ludge brothers disrespect. They're both great Pokemon. You just have to decide what their purpose is on your team.
If I use calm mind, survive a hit, and have weak armor. You're now fighting a 400 speed, and 600 sp.atk Pokemon. That's what showdown calcs it at and I throw on weakness policy lmao.
Dont let him take a ground or dark move. It'll be over. It's always a sweep. When he gets all 3 boost off.

Armor Cannon
Energy ball or flash cannon is such a versatile moveset.
Endure + Weakness Policy to guarantee Weak Armor boosts is an insane combo and why I can never dip my toes into trying competitive Pokemon because there are so many things that would go over my head.
You have no idea what all these things do, do you? Weakness policy activate on super effective hit, endure leave you at 1 hp, none of those guarantee weak armor activation. Weak armor activate on a physical hit.

That extended terrain is crazy.
I use an Armarouge in ranked singles with Armor Cannon, Psych Terrain, Expanding Force and Destiny Bond, he's my MVP, literally S tier.
