    Your video was very helpful! It has been three weeks since I started keto diet. My weight got stuck on in the third week. There is one thing that i would recommend to everyone who goes through the same situation is that you should never loose hope. Because if you do then most definately you will not be able to loose more weight. Due disappointment people start going against their diet, just don't do this.

    i was on keto 2 years back but made many mistakes...this time its going smooth and healthy... so far so good already lost 8 pounds in frst 2 weeks...its my third week now and waiting for much better results...one thing i would like to share is the cravings u have in initial days , for the carbs, just kill you, usko control krlia to smjo all is well... ur doing good job juggun love to see u evrytime with a fresh topic! thankyou n love u!

      nafisa poonawala i am not a kitchen guy so i usually cook random things...i start the day with omlette+springonion+2 tbs olive oil+psylium husk with water and tea with art swetner and cream for whitening...in lunch i have 2 small fried fish pieces with cucumber mixed with half apple and alot of cream and myonaise...in evening i have some creamy tea...and in dinner usually chappli kebab/seekh kebab/fried chiken/roasted chiken or tandori chiken with cucumber salad again...this meal is quite satsfyng for me cuz i dont crave and no hungers...!!

    It's been 3 days since I've started my keto diet but I haven't faced the keto flu yet. Is it okay or it's mandatory to get the flu in order to know it's working?
    I lost 3 kgs already.
    Please let me know if all kind of beans are keto friendly, like, flat beans, double, long and so on...

      Ideally you should not take any beans and legumes.. these are very high in carbs.. and kero is a low carb diet

    I love Keto! It's hard at the beginning but once your body and mind acclimate to the changes it's all well worth it. I have actually been able to lose over 30 pounds since I started and can't imagine ever not doing keto anymore. It becomes a way of life, it makes you feel great. The keto recipes are all delicious and don't have to be expensive. Don't give up guys!

      Truth Seeker Hey, I think that’s one of the initial symptoms, even I would get so tired or I’d get low blood pressure because of the ketones being produced by the keto diet. Drink loads of water, that will help.

      Nabila Qudoos at morning i used to make my tea. Just make kahwa, add this in a blender, add one tablspoon of malaai, one tablspoon of coconut oil, one tablspoon of MCT oil and blend it all , it will turn into a delicuous tea. I had that in the morning. Then at 11 or 12 i haf my brunch kind of meal. Three eggs, one cup of chopped spinach, half cup cabbage, green chillies and spices and cook it in a desi ghee. It was so fulfilling. And then my last meal at 5 or 6pm 2 chicken leg pieces marinate with any spices , i steam cook them with a big bowl of spinach soup. Plus in one liter water add one n half tea spoon of potassium chloride or no salt( mostly used by BP patients) . Make sure to drink it everyday otherwise you will have to suffer a keto flu...this was it. Sometime i replace eggs with boiled eggs with home made mayyonies, some time peanutbutter as a snack, change chicken with shrimps and make a shrimps rolls in a cabbage leaves. Somedays i cravee chicken broth instead of spinach soup...once you will find about your macros you will learn how to use them and what to eat...but you have to be Consistent.

      Morning 2 boiled egg with green tea
      3-4 cups of green tea in a day with some healthy fruits

    You can eat a lot of non starchy veggies, it's called healthy keto.
    I followed Dr.Eric Berg and lost 20 Lbs so far. feeling healthy and a lot of energy 😊

    I am doing it and its my 2nd week but i did a mistake and that is i took a day off on 7th day of the diet and now its like nothing is happening into my body. I m eating omelette paneer bottle gourd cabbage cauliflower spinach thats it.. sometimes fish
    And amul slice cheese and ghee butter
    I don't understand what to do.

    I am kind of on keto and egg diet , basically it’s low carb , no roti, no rice and no processed foods like bread 🍞 or pizza etc . It’s my 4th day and I have lost half a stone. Plenty of water no white sugar at all and green tea is must . At least 4 cups a day with macho tea as well . I feel happy , light and no heartburn.
    You are very right , doesn’t matter which diet we do, it’s about healthy lifestyle, changing your habits and it’s the most difficult part . Well once you are determined, you can do it. Do it to please yourself not others.

      @@saniach5465 I would say , eat everything but in moderation , my hubby lost 2 stones in 2 years, gradually and steady . He eats everything but in small portions and we walk every day whatever the weather is .
