This is really cool ☆ just few days back a friend had pointed out the male-dominated character of online spirituality & self-help / productivity space - leading to men-focused anecdotes & tips (mostly unintentional on the part of creators). This video comes as a breath of fresh air ♡ thank you 🌻

this video is crazy good. I've noticed a pattern in myself and how i feel every time I'm about to start my period. The seasons of the cycle make soooooo much sense, especially autumn for me. I really appreciate your content! I know that periods affect my mood, but when you’ve included the productivity aspect, that’s when I realized that yes, I do have cycles like the weather and I should keep track of it more :)
There are also other hormonal cycles like the circadian rhythm that can vary a lot from person to person and depending on season and latitude, which is why advice like "wake up at 5am and be productive in the morning" is an idiotic overgeneralization.
This makes so much sense. I know so many people who are not morning people and wake up grumpy and not energetic at all. Obviously these people are not going to be productive if they wake up at 5am.
I've known I'm a night owl since I was a teen. Even when I manage to wake up early consistently for school, I always end up being physically sick and mentally tired nonstop until I literally unable to go to school/work. I don't have this problem when I can naturally sleep, wake, and work on my own body's schedule. This is one of reasons why full self-employment is a goal for me
Dude I have delayed sleep phase syndrome-- sometimes I'm able to wake up early but I'll most likely won't. The lack of sleep does affect my productivity and ability to function when I have to run on everyone else's time.
First of all, LOVE the editing in this video, the vintage florals are beautiful. Second, I can not even count the number of times I have felt stressed and demotivated beyond belief and then realized that it’s about that time of month lol
duuude, the trans inclusiveness in this is life changing ... it's sad that it's so rare but damn it is and i'm deeply appreciative that you did the research to include us. much love.
Totally agree. And a lot of blabber: As people get out of their pandemic shells, I see so much wonderful content from young adults. Inclusive, sure of themselves, determined and confident about change. This "older" millennial get all teary eyed about it. We have fought for so long against a brick wall of conservatism and indifference, but now we are no longer the only ones: Gen Z is coming of age and we can hand them the baton, and take on a new role as support crew for them to succeed with the causes, we were beaten down halfway, fighting for.
@@SIC647 Wow. You really put what I expect from this generation to words. Not everyone in this generation is doing weird stolen dances on tiktok, some of us are actively fighting against causes and some people think we're all fake depressed crybabies. Thanks for the beautiful comment!
I was so happy to hear you explain this in such a gender affirming way! honestly I was nervous for this video because I'm so used to hearing girl/female/woman when talking about periods !
Ever since I was diagnosed with PMDD I’ve based my life around my period and it’s helped me track my mood swings and depressive episodes, tendency to binge eat, be more aggressive etc. so glad you made this video :$
This video came at the perfect time for me. My depression has felt so unbearable lately and seeing this video was so helpful. I’m literally about to start my period tomorrow and don’t normally feel this mentally ill, so it was incredibly refreshing to know that my cycle is the contributing factor. Thank you for all of your videos, they are like free serotonin
Imagine...having a period. *laughs in PCOS* All that aside, this is the most unique video I've ever seen from a productivity channel ever. Your ideas keep us all coming back! 🌻
I would say that my cycle is a bit different on the seasons. My period starts after winter. In other words, before my period I need to do as little as possible, make no decisions *on anything* and not trust my feelings (years of experience leading to that knowledge for me), eat, sleep, wait it out. The second my period starts, it is like the sun starts shining again, so spring is a very accurate metaphor.
This is the same for me. Winter is my PMS week. Once I get my period, I start to see the light and then after two weeks I hit prime (summer) which lasts one day. Then it's fall for one week, then back to winter (PMS). And yes, my PMS lasts 7 days. :( I often cry because that's when I'm overly sensitive and I try not to make too many commitments.
Thank you for this video :3 I always tried to follow daily productivity habits but at some point i failed and apparently mostly in "fall". I really appreciate your effort in teaching about this subject because it makes perfect sense now why it's so difficult for me or other menstruators to follow cis man routines. love from germany :)
I'm glad you made this! Women should realise they could also have PMDD - where they have a lot of fatigue, cognitive problems and depression in the week before menstruation. I think a lot of women beat themselves up over not being able to function, not putting together that this happens every month at the same time. If you know it's coming and is going to fell you, you will handle the crying fits, bleak mind and need to sleep better, and know to get heaps done while you have the chance and give yourself time off leading up to period. In opera, there are 'grace days' where they know female singers are too inflamed to song properly and they allow them time off. It's not all in your head!
I frequently watch some of the male productivity youtubers you included in the thumbnail. I really do love their content. This video was so helpful though. I feel like while I try to incorporate their teachings into my life it's really difficult. I feel like this video just gave me the secret ingredient to making my productivity actually work long term. Fingers crossed atleast lol.
I'm not a menstruating person but this video was very important and made me think a lot more about how cycles affect our lives, good info so I can at least help and be more compassionate towards those around me who menstruate, thank you!
As a person with a hormonal imbalance caused by an autoimmune disease I just thought I had something wrong with me not being able to stick to a routine. It's so frustrating. Tysm for this video 💕
holy shit might be a bit of a TMI im not sure but i got my period today and 2 weeks ago which is "summer" was the best week of my life. i even labelled it as a "week of feedback and constructive criticisms" in my tweets bc i got so much feedback that week and my productivity was off the charts. i also finally got to start using Clue !! syncing my work with my menstrual cycle has really worked so well for me omg your video is really accurate and well researched. thank you for bringing light to this topic !!
Right in time 🥰 I so needed this video + rn I’m reading the subtile Art of not giving a f##ck and I love this book cause it breaks this toxicity of „always be productive“ 💃🏻
I love you! Thank you for talking about this. I beat myself up because I can never be as “productive” as these productivity experts. I would like a women’s perspective, particularly someone who needs to juggle housework, cleaning, cooking, tending to children, and still be able to set aside time to develop our talents / interests.
As someone who just got their period yesterday and desperately wanted to start the month of “right”…thank you for this. I was beating myself for not being able to be productive because all I could do after work was lay down in the fetal position with a heating pad due to cramps/fatigue. 💓
Didn't know how my cycle relates to my levels of productivity. Thanks for talking about this, sometimes is really frustrating how media and society tell us that we should be productive and act like everything is normal even on the days that we are menstruating. Love ur video! Greetings from Peru, Beatrice.
ahh you did such an amazing job explaining this! i have been trying to share more and more info with my friends on this topic but I always end up jumbled. now I can send them to this video! it really creates a great foundation for the basics of what to expect during a cycle. thank you, beatrice!!
I try to take the "be consistente" as "do at least 1 thing per day", 'cause even If It is Just 1 thing, in the long run It Will sum up nicely. (And do good use of the "good days" that our body are being Nice to us)
I could really relate to that even though I am not a menstruater. I just could think also of the girls around me and how my sister and I were raised. From now on, ai hope I never forget people are different physically and this must be taken into consideration. In addition, people with mental issues don't feel up to be productive every single day. Mood swings can be tracked on a monthly basis, I think, and for me it makes a lot of sense. Thank you so much for this :)
i love you, finally some productivity content for women 🥺 i’ve felt like such an outsider in the productivity space because i was never the target audience but the advice still sounded so good to try….but of course cycles
The title doesn't do the video justice. That explaines everything so much and is so helpful. I always wondered why my productivity routine always crushes within a month.
Amazing content!! I’ve been tracking my cycle along with basal body temperature and it really is life changing! I use “fall” to do things like use a heating pad, take turmeric/ginger vitamins, eat yogurt with probiotics so by the time “winter” comes my cramps are mild to none!
I vaguely knew about this before this video but this is super interesting. It's weird, cause for me "winter" is actually my most productive time some months while summer the least productive, other months it's like you described. I also really question how this correlates with people that use bc, since the periods you have on bc aren't actual periods when you take it exactly. Or how this is different for people that take bc that doesn't make them menstruate at all. I mean it does something to the body right? I also find that this just goes to show how much of the world is structured around the daily hormonal cycle of cismales. Even medications for a lot of stuff is based on dudes, very evident when it comes to adhd meds for example. Idk, just super mindblowing to learn this cycle thing and its correlation to a lot of stuff structurally. Thanks for this video cause I added that book to my tbr list 🙏🏻
such an important topic!! over the last year I've really started to notice how much my period affects my general productivity and my desire to do things I usually enjoy. I'm definitely planning on tracking my cycle better!
Thank you so much for making this video!!!! I've been a bit obsessed in the last few years trying to understand my cycle and the vast impacts it has on my life, on productivity, energy levels, cravings, digestion, mood, etc.
Oh my gosh... ran into a HUGE motivational block yesterday and am just not feeling it in terms of homework or socializing. This video made me realize that winter should be arriving in a couple days and it makes so much sense why I am feeling this way mentally and emotionally right now! I'm excited to learn more about how my cycle affects my productivity and try to plan around it instead of just muscling through all the time.
YES!Might easily be the most unique productivity video I've seen. As a fairly sensitive person in general I didn't think it affected me as much until I noticed that in the 'fall' period as I'm trying to be productive I get the most anxiety and mood swings(because I want to do as much as usually but I can't). Once it's winter I kind of expect less of myself the first days hence things ease up a bit. Considering that depression and anxiety are tied to different hormones I think anyone having menstrual cycles and mental health issues should have an idea of where they intertwine and there might be trouble. And yes, a lot of things we can't plan as we wish but it's important information for the things we can. I feel I'll be rewatching this
AND I've seen some sort of cycle I how I socialize, I try being consistent but end up seeing almost no one for a week or 2, then having many plans for a week or 2...now that makes some sense
i was very hesitant to click on this because Matt and Thomas are the productivity kings that i follow closely; what a twist when actually mentioned periods and i GASPED in realization. THANK YOU SO MUCH! 😌🙏
THANK YOUUUU SO MUCH to talk about ! Since i am working after graduation i could feel my productivity inconsistance and i used to feel really bad. The society acknowledge consistency, stability. And ... Women we are like the moon changing through differentes phases but still bright and brillant ! One book helped me à lot "blood moon" !!!! It helped accept that we are changing and this is ok and in fact it is a great power. There is the mooon cycle. And the woman life cycle from childhood until menopause. And this is beautiful too. THANK YOU to bring the menstruation in this productivity trend in UA-cam. I like Matt davella and other youtubers on productivity... But you raised a point that unfortunately men do not well nowaday (and education on women menstruation cycle AND men cycle because they are not just testosterone should be taught amoung family or at school). Your point of view is a real treasure on UA-cam !!!!! Lets embrace our cycle power !!!!
thank you so much for this video! i haven’t heard this talked about anywhere else and i was feeling guilty that i couldn’t be a productivity machine like the famous producitivity youtubers but as someone who menstruates, this explains so much about my dips in energy and unwillingness to do certain things at certain points in the month, and i knew like my period was probably the reason but i didn’t think like…to possibly try scheduling my life based off my cycle, i was just thinking, “this is something i gotta go thru every month and it is what it is” but this video gave me perspective and insight on how i can use my cycle to work to my benefit like scheduling important projects and deadlines during the “summer” season. thank you again for creating this video! appreciate you! xo
thank you so much for this :"( i knew that menstrual cycles affected our mood, but i never realized how we can use it to better plan out our months and deal with productivity and mental health issues. you just encouraged me to read more about our female bodies, and how we can be more gentle and kind with them. 💜🌼
Thank you for talking about this! As someone with hormonal imbalances that come from both a monthly cycle and my ADHD, I get so frustrated by neurotypical cis men who think self-discipline is the sole factor in determining your success and productivity. I used to subscribe to that school of thought and felt so defeated when simply “setting routines” and “powering through” didn’t work for me. Now I know I need the space to develop a system that works for me and accommodates the times when I fall short of a goal so I can treat failure as a normal part of life and pick myself back up without feeling like I’ve failed as a person.
I absolutely LOVE. This video. I have never seen anything similar, and never thought about productivity this way. It makes me feel so much better about those days that I’m just not feeling it!! Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️
I can't even begin to explain how perfect the timing of me finding this video was. thank you times a thousand!! I'm gonna start planning with what you spoke about in mind, this is going to alleviate so much guilt that I usually feel when im unmotivated during my cycle. thank you!!! you're amazing ah!!
OKAY easily one of my favorite videos of yours - excellently made and so well-explained! It never gets old to see your work and growth on this channel, thank you thank you!!
I want to bring up that not every woman has the cycle as the seasons... e.g. I have way more energy on the second part than the third one, when I tend to be willing to do many, yet easily exhausted... basically find your own cycle by observing:) But I am so so so glad to see this coming up!! Thank you thank you thank you!!
I'm a man but I found this video very interesting and valuable; and I wish more men could see and consider more about the specific conditions and needs of girls and women, so we can align and treat them better, in a way that suits and empowers each one.
I noticed my productivity level is very affected by my cycle just last month. I can’t believe it took me 22 years to see that 😅. Love the video, it’s one of your best yet!
THANK YOU for this video!! For a) addressing the topic (which is rarely talked about in a society where we operate on a daily basis in line with cis men’s hormonal cycles 🙃) and b) using trans inclusive language when talking about hormonal cycles, even referencing things like hormone replacement therapy, which many trans people have (and also some people have for hormone related health issues too) :) So much of the conversation around periods and menopause talks about ‘women’/‘girls’ etc and I know trans people that feel excluded from the conversation because of it and it can make their dysphoria worse, so yeh, so nice to hear someone using inclusive language outside the sex education & lgbtq+ focused space. :)
This is very valuable content because the world (jobs, uni, school) doesn't really bother about women menstrual cycle and a lot depends on it actually!! Just remember that those seasons my vary in every one of us and that it can not be universal! For example, for me, after day 2 of my period I can be superproductive but at the end of my period (when spring starts) and my estrogen levels drop, I'm not in the mood for anything and can't focus at all..
There's definitely not a one thing fits all when it comes to health and our bodies, so thank u for writing that reminder! And congrats for your great self awareness!
Great video! I just went an entire week without writing poetry yet I am an educated successful poet, and it's because pushing yourself to do what you love everyday actually can suddenly give you burn out and sometime it can take months or years to get over burnt out. I teach spiritualism on my channel and I do two videos a day and I don't work on them for hours nor try to make them extra fancy, instead I focus on the lesson I am giving.
Another cycle that really effects it is sleep, not everyone has an easy time being productive in the morning because of their internal clock or chronotype. A lot changed for me when I started blocking my day based on my internal clock and then I already plan my months around cycle and the two together, amazing.
Omg I’m crying inside! Thank you so much! God made your video just for me. I struggle SO MUCH with my period and hormones and that is the first time I hear about a approach that focus on the period to manage life. I’m amazed!! Awesome content!! You have a new subscriber 😘 and I suggested your video for a friend 🎉 and to my hubby 🥲
I'm just watching this but thanks! I realised some months ago that my mindset and energy shifts depending the day of the month, so I planned my exercise routine, food and sleep according to that, but never around work and productivity. This video shed light on that and also loved the cycle/season thing, thank you so much! 😊
I love how inclusive your language is around menstruation and menstruating people! Also very helpful to keep in mind how my cycle and hormones affect my productivity. I had never thought about it before!
thank you for this! I never thought of my life this way for all the years i experience as a girl who has periods. It's normal to talk about these things!
This VIDEO Idk why but it made me cry a bit. Ik there's nothing emotional in it, but I just got a bit... Mainly because IK how periods make a girl so sulky... Thanks Beatrice... I needed that 💖💖💖💖💖💖
hi! i wanted to thank you for making this video. Literally yesterday i was watching random productivity tips video and i was wondering how could one stick to a monthly habit when period is in between. I've always felt pretty tired to not being able to stick to a habit for at least a month, but i learned to not be discouraged because cycle can really make you feel less motivated and sometimes the pain is just too much... it's okay to skip and you're not a failure if you do, i wish more people could understand this. Also thank you so much for the advices!
my adhd isn't letting me write a structured comment but the gist of it is THANK YOU!!!!!!!!! I always forget how much menstruating influence my mood/life and your vid was a good reminder. I need to start tracking
I remember thinking I had premenstruales depression because of the lack of productivity i had for almost two weeks EVERY single month. Until I found this cycle syncing. I had found it with another UA-camr, but i never took notes, and the youtuber just briefly said to sync up with it, without any explanation, so THANK YOU for explaining it thoroughly. I appreciate you.
Haha, hearing hormone cycles was enough to hit that like button. I don’t even follow my cycle no more. A week before I get my period, I start struggling to open my eyes at the usual hour I get up, my body is stiff, my teeth become sensitive, and I start to feel my joints… as in not that I don’t feel them normally, but they feel kind of numb and stiff and I’m weirdly aware of them. Meanwhile, my partner is just as energetic and on top of shit. Kind of annoying that this difference in hormonal changes is not just a normal thing to talk about. Then women tend to be signed off as ‘emotional’ and ‘cranky’… when men are just as emotional when they experience that level of tired. Except, with hormonal changes, we don’t need to do anything to wake up exhausted, it just happens. Fun. Thank you for making this video ❤️
This is the BEST...I mean THE BEST info I received regarding productivity and motivation in daily basis!!! 😘😘😘 I am an aspiring novelist juggling with teaching profession while studying for better career. So I try to push myself to reach the level shown in many of the productivity videos. However I never reach the goal and get de-motivated. It never occurred to me that I had to factor in the emotions related to fluctuating hormones in me! Thank you so much!!
I can't begin to explain how much this video helped! I always knew that our cycles affected our everyday but I just didn't know how to adjust my life accordingly!! thank you ❤

😂 now u have the power in your hands muahahah
duuude, the trans inclusiveness in this is life changing ... it's sad that it's so rare but damn it is and i'm deeply appreciative that you did the research to include us. much love.
❤️
yes ikr
Totally agree.
And a lot of blabber: As people get out of their pandemic shells, I see so much wonderful content from young adults. Inclusive, sure of themselves, determined and confident about change.
This "older" millennial get all teary eyed about it. We have fought for so long against a brick wall of conservatism and indifference, but now we are no longer the only ones:
Gen Z is coming of age and we can hand them the baton, and take on a new role as support crew for them to succeed with the causes, we were beaten down halfway, fighting for.
@@SIC647 Wow. You really put what I expect from this generation to words. Not everyone in this generation is doing weird stolen dances on tiktok, some of us are actively fighting against causes and some people think we're all fake depressed crybabies. Thanks for the beautiful comment!
I was so happy to hear you explain this in such a gender affirming way! honestly I was nervous for this video because I'm so used to hearing girl/female/woman when talking about periods !
as a non-binary person i really appreciated it as well ahh
Ever since I was diagnosed with PMDD I’ve based my life around my period and it’s helped me track my mood swings and depressive episodes, tendency to binge eat, be more aggressive etc. so glad you made this video :$
thank you for watching Mariah!
i love that she says "menstruating people", it made me cry. for all the trans and non-binary people out there that menstruate, i love you
@KahlosHack not all women menstruate and not all people that menstruate are women
@@jalvesss not all women menstruate, but only women do ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@@mashed1476 not all women menstruate, as a person with pcos, menstrution rarely happens to me, and lm a cisgender.
Yeah 😌
Yes! I am in fall rn and finding it very difficult to stick to things, just wanna SLEEP
It makes so much sense now!
Somedays I'm super productive and other days, I just can't bring myself to do stuff
Can we all appreciate how SUPERIOR the editing of this video is? También la paleta de colores, chef's kiss 🤩
Tysm for this video 💕
i have always thought that i am the only one laying in bed during my periods ! but guess what i am not alone !!!!!!!
you're definitely not alone girl eheh
Same, and it makes me feel so bad and lazy!
@@kasiax9573 so true

holy shit might be a bit of a TMI im not sure but i got my period today and 2 weeks ago which is "summer" was the best week of my life. i even labelled it as a "week of feedback and constructive criticisms" in my tweets bc i got so much feedback that week and my productivity was off the charts. i also finally got to start using Clue !! syncing my work with my menstrual cycle has really worked so well for me omg your video is really accurate and well researched. thank you for bringing light to this topic !!
also my last period was september bc i have hormonal imbalance (bc of my unhealthy lifestyle)
Greetings from Peru, Beatrice.
virtual hug to Peru!
ahh you did such an amazing job explaining this! i have been trying to share more and more info with my friends on this topic but I always end up jumbled. now I can send them to this video! it really creates a great foundation for the basics of what to expect during a cycle. thank you, beatrice!!
yeyy i'm literally SO happy to read this comment 🤗
Ooh great tips, thank you!! ☺️
I'm excited to learn more about how my cycle affects my productivity and try to plan around it instead of just muscling through all the time.
yes! that's exactly what we all should do! use this knowledge to our advantage 🤗
this is the video i didn't know i needed, thank you!!
Lets embrace our cycle power !!!!
thank you so much for this video! i haven’t heard this talked about anywhere else and i was feeling guilty that i couldn’t be a productivity machine like the famous producitivity youtubers
but as someone who menstruates, this explains so much about my dips in energy and unwillingness to do certain things at certain points in the month, and i knew like my period was probably the reason but i didn’t think like…to possibly try scheduling my life based off my cycle, i was just thinking, “this is something i gotta go thru every month and it is what it is” but this video gave me perspective and insight on how i can use my cycle to work to my benefit like scheduling important projects and deadlines during the “summer” season.
thank you again for creating this video! appreciate you! xo
thank you so much for this :"( i knew that menstrual cycles affected our mood, but i never realized how we can use it to better plan out our months and deal with productivity and mental health issues. you just encouraged me to read more about our female bodies, and how we can be more gentle and kind with them.
Now I know I need the space to develop a system that works for me and accommodates the times when I fall short of a goal so I can treat failure as a normal part of life and pick myself back up without feeling like I’ve failed as a person.
omg your language is SO INCLUSIVE i Love it THANK YOU ✨💛
I absolutely LOVE.
I want to bring up that not every woman has the cycle as the seasons... e.g. I have way more energy on the second part than the third one, when I tend to be willing to do many, yet easily exhausted... basically find your own cycle by observing:)
But I am so so so glad to see this coming up!! Thank you thank you thank you!!
On the next period I'll say "winter is coming"
Thanks for sharing this information. Great vid 🥰
I have hypothyroidism and haven’t seen my period in months! I’m finally going to speak up to my doctor. Thank you❤️
yes, take care of ur health! it's the most precious thing we have ❤️
late to the party, but i wanted to say how good it felt to hear someone speak about this topic without it being about gender :) this means a lot
I'm a man but I found this video very interesting and valuable; and I wish more men could see and consider more about the specific conditions and needs of girls and women, so we can align and treat them better, in a way that suits and empowers each one.
So much food for thought. Thanks for sharing this. I’m definitely going to track my mood, energy, etc along with my cycle and see what I learn.
I noticed my productivity level is very affected by my cycle just last month. I can’t believe it took me 22 years to see that 😅. Love the video, it’s one of your best yet!
I'm currently at the very end of the autumn season & SO tired 😩 it really helps to know why! ❤️
THANK YOU for this video!! For a) addressing the topic (which is rarely talked about in a society where we operate on a daily basis in line with cis men’s hormonal cycles 🙃) and b) using trans inclusive language when talking about hormonal cycles, even referencing things like hormone replacement therapy, which many trans people have (and also some people have for hormone related health issues too) :)
So much of the conversation around periods and menopause talks about ‘women’/‘girls’ etc and I know trans people that feel excluded from the conversation because of it and it can make their dysphoria worse, so yeh, so nice to hear someone using inclusive language outside the sex education & lgbtq+ focused space.
Why would people even bother hiring women then?
@@instagramacc8924 i don't know!! We should just get money for being women and doing nothing, I totally agree on that so thank you!!
THIS - I’ve been feeling so guilty lately for not being productive! Thanks for explaining this! It never occurred to me to plan around cycle! 🙌🏼
I am so glad you're talking about this, it's massive and super super important!
MAKES SO MUCH SENSE THANK YOU FOR BRINGING THIS INTO THE TOPIC OF PRODUCTIVITY !
I LOVE how you described it by the seasons! I'll remember this for sure
I love how inclusive your language is around menstruation and menstruating people!
Also very helpful to keep in mind how my cycle and hormones affect my productivity. I had never thought about it before!
Thanks for talking about a subject that will help girls and women better manage and balance their lives.
OMG, I never thought about this! My hormonal cycle is irregular af and this just gave me one more reason to regulate it ASAP
thank you for this! I never thought of my life this way for all the years i experience as a girl who has periods. It's normal to talk about these things!
Thank you for talk about this.
This VIDEO Idk why but it made me cry a bit. Ik there's nothing emotional in it, but I just got a bit... Mainly because IK how periods make a girl so sulky... Thanks Beatrice... I needed that 💖💖💖💖💖💖
🤗🤗
the aesthetic, the editing, and ive never related/understood my menstruation cycle so much.... i officially love your channel
hi! i wanted to thank you for making this video.
Thank you for discussing, I didn’t realize how much my period had an effect on getting things done.
my adhd isn't letting me write a structured comment but the gist of it is THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!
I have NEVER thought about my cycle in this deep way and how I could optimize this for me...wow
I am an aspiring novelist juggling with teaching profession while studying for better career. So I try to push myself to reach the level shown in many of the productivity videos. However I never reach the goal and get de-motivated. It never occurred to me that I had to factor in the emotions related to fluctuating hormones in me! Thank you so much!!
I can't begin to explain how much this video helped! I always knew that our cycles affected our everyday but I just didn't know how to adjust my life accordingly!! thank you ❤
WOW! Thanks a lot for bringing this up! Now, it gives me more understanding of my female friends & co-workers.
YES! I am SO GLAD someone is talking about this!
thank you for watching! ☺️
