@@notaberger_3216 I hate that website. Bids get REALLY high on some ridiculously stupid cars. Like $20,000 for a 16 year old Tacoma. I mean, come on. I know Toyota's have super high resale value, but that's a bit much.
Yeah the set up was amazing and as they said it took 3 days to get this done. With the magic of video editing they were finished in 27 blissful minutes.
At first when this video started and there was no sound, I was taken back. Then I relaxed into the euphoria of watching someone detail a car. I dreamt of having a car like this and having it detailed to this shine. And I really liked that you added the music at the end. That was a good way to foretell us that the video was about to conclude. Good work today and I am excited for the next one.
That fact that it went from strictly ASMR to the ending music made my soul cry. It was soo touching. Every enthusiast in the Automotive field literally can feel this to the very core. Guranteed!
I sold my 2005 forester XS 2 years ago . It was the best car I ever owned. This video reminded me of the countless hours I spent washing and waxing it. It was almost perfect condition but as issues start to pop up over the 10 years of ownership it did not make sense to invest money in a car that was no longer worth much. I wish I had so much money that I could do illogical things like this. Being older and wiser sucks. As for the video itself. Based on how meticulous they were from the start, I was sure it was going to look great . However, I did not expect the music at the end. You guys got me all misty eyed . I’m saving the video to my favourites. Thank you
I was like "oh I'll just put this on in the background while I browse the web" I did no browsing whatsoever, I was just hooked on the craft. I don't know how much these dudes charge, but that end product is freaking priceless!
its the last video of this forester. :( sadly this is my most favorite car of all time and the best looking forester out there. thank you gears and gasoline for building this car properly and inspired me to build one someday.
I had the same exact car, 2005 XT silver, loved that car, last year searched around and found a brand new 2018 XT Touring in bronze with chocolate brown leather interior and it is amazing. Once you go “XT” , you don’t go back!.. My 05 lives on with my buddy’s son who has began a mild transformation on it. Great Video, picked up a few detailing tips as well.
I love your videos simply because you get right into what's happening. Some channels that I find promising start with someone talking for ages and ages then when they finally get to whatever it is the video is about (detailing or mechanical) you hardly see anything happening or it's cut with more of their constant waffling. Thank you for being informative and practical.
I lost my job six weeks ago so I can’t exactly spend my savings on mods. But I CAN do some paint correction and get her up on jack stands and clean her up. I’ve been a little depressed so thank you for motivating me. And for always going above and beyond to put out such quality content.
The editing on this video was on point! Particularly the ending, cutting all the shots to transition along with the rhythm of the music. The cars are great, but the cinematography really takes G&G to the next level.
So I bought my dream car last Saturday, come spring I’m meeting up with these guys to have my car done. I’m certain I’ll just want to put the car into a sealed capsule and let the value rise. It’s a 2014 WRX LIMITED, very clean.
