Its alot with the marriage license requirements they dont let you file it that easy and are always looking for excuses to deny your application as a foreigner. Went to file with my partner and we were denied because of me being divorced and shown them papers they still rejected it. So dont believe phillippines is easy to get married it's like applying for a goverment assistance ,ridiculous system.

You need to go through the state you live in to get a no marriage certificate only the state you live in has the access to the records even the US Embassy tells you that what they give you may not be accepted

You will need your original divorce decree, but still get a copy of it just in case but you must have the original copy of it.

@@JeizelRobertson24 hmmm. Well we didnt use lawyers so I'm not sure. It was a simple divorce just filed with the state.
