    -- Between each workout we will have 60 seconds of rest
    -- We have 8 exercises as warmup each taking 25 seconds with 10 seconds of rest time in between.
    -- Carefully watch the demonstration of the exercises.
    -- Modified exercises for individuals with higher risks of injury
    * people with 50 years of age or more
