    Worked hard on getting these cameras set up early. My offgrid camp is 2 hours away. A week before opening deer season the cameras stop sending photos. Now I have to go through all the trouble of trying to figure out why and scenting my bedding areas up… new batteries, new card, great cell service and still not capturing or sending photos. Don’t know what to do at this point.

    Have an Edge-NV and it stopped working this week after some neighbor issues at the camp. The camera states it had a good health check in last night at 12:41am but I did not get my test image yesterday or today. So I am starting to get concerned. I just tried to put it into time-lapse mode to see if I can get some images out of it but nothing yet. Any ideas why this is happening, as right now I have no way to go to camp and check the camera physically?

    Just got a Delta this week. Been to the woods twice in one week to start over, after the pics would stop coming in. It's a good thing my lease is 15 minutes down there road, but still annoying. This thing would be pointless if I was hours away. Not impressed so far. Yes, lithium batteries and a class 10 SD. Formatted twice on scene in the woods. All is good on test run and a few pics minutes after moving around in camera range. Get home and last pics are the ones of me for a whole day. My hand thrown corn is completely gone when I return to location.

      @@peytonwilloughby5565 I canceled my stuff with Moultrie and threw the camera in the trash. I bought the Spypoint Flex and it has been jam up so far!

    I've had two Edge cameras fail and we've been discussing the issue. I have two more Edge cams that work fine.
    The first Edge reported zero battery life suddenly. It went from 80 to 0 on Bass Pro store brand alkalines after being in the field a couple weeks. Moultrie's response was a stern reminder not to use rechargeable batteries. Um, these were alkaline...
    I got the camera to reboot exactly once, it drained another set of batteries, so I went ahead with rechargeable ones. The camera hung on bootup. I exchanged it and the replacement refused to boot up at all. I finally figured out why: the plastic around the positive terminals in the battery tray prevents a good connection. I think the first camera's memory got corrupted from this.
    All my trail cams use a series-parallel battery configuration. That means there are two sets of four or eight batteries in each, and it's vital I make sure each set can power up its camera independent of the other set.

      @@MoultrieMobile We've already discussed it by email. I'll fix the battery trays over the summer.
      The one camera has functioned well on NiMH batteries and my other two Edges have alkalines and are working.
      If you produce a rechargeable battery pack for the Edge camera, I'll buy six of them...two for each camera.
      Til then, a recommendation to any trail cam user regardless of brand: find out if your camera will run on half the required batteries. If it does, once you fill it all the way up, ensure it'll run with a single battery missing from one half and then the other, then install all the batteries and let it rip.

    Emailed support, no help! Drove 3 hours to check camera and it just turns off by itself after 3 days of working. Formatted as card again, changed batteries again. Tested on scene all good! Worked for one day this time , sent about 20 pics and bam! Stopped working again.. Signal always 100% I give up! Don’t waste your time and money on the EXO .

      I’ve had the same issue just bought it 7/22 worked for one day and went haywire. New batteries new SD card not working!

      On 4 the different camera, they just stop working. Tired of hearing Moultrie say change the SD card etc. I am done. Going to Tactacam. Do not go with Moultrie. Trust me don't go with them.

      You should be able to run these on Harbor Freight rechargeable batteries and Walmart brand SD cards. A battery is a battery is a battery, same for SD cards of similar speed and capacity.

    I’m running 5 cameras. 2 exo’s 2 xv6000’s and a delta. They all stopped sending me pictures at the same time. They are all still taking pictures but 0 pictures are coming through. I’ve tried new batteries and several different SD cards. Still nothing…. Moultrie is about to loose me as a customer for good. These things are too expensive to have and not be working.

    We have a new Delta and I believe a weak signal is the issue. Is there anything we can purchase to help boost the signal? Different antenna?

    I need help. I went from reasonably good photos to radically changed color enhancement to a completely dead camera in a very short time. It is a Delta, less than 6 months old. Batteries held good but then drained fast, I replaced them brand new energizer lithium. I got one moment of light action then completely died. It will not turn on no matter what I try. Please advise .. I miss my critters

    Not impressed. I am back in North Carolina after leaving my camera on property in Texas 2 days ago. I have yet to have any photos come through even on time lapse. It worked ok until I left. Paid for a year unlimited plan and now I am out unless I go back to Texas to rest my camera?? I have tried to contact but the website has no way of contacting

    Got a few different ones, delta and exo. All function as should, except one of the EXOs eats batteries like M&Ms. Can't even put it out, it's dead in less than 24hrs, the others are nice though. I'm gonna do one more battery change tomorrow and if it drains again I'm sending it back. The others run for months on a set

      Make sure each battery bank works independently. Measure the voltage of the "dead" cells. I've had two Edge cameras with defective battery trays. I'm going to fix them myself once deer season ends.

      Mine are uploading thumbnails that I can expand. They have video icons on them but I haven't downloaded a video since I set them up for both.

    My brand new edge sent pictures for about 5 hours. It stopped and won't send any even on time lapse. It's connected, batteries are good, etc

      Does it show an upload within 24 hours? If not, pull the battery tray and measure the voltage at the terminals. You may find right batteries are dead and the other eight still full. Load the tray up, both sides, with known good batteries or done fresh off the charger. Now take ONE battery out and try to power up the camera. Pull one battery out of the other side and try again. It should power up on both tests, if not, your batteries aren't connecting to the terminals because the plastic around the terminals is too thick.
      If the camera is powering up, watch it go through the connection cycle. If it hangs, get fresh alkalines from the dollar store and try again. If it fails, return it to where you bought it.
      One of mine would hang with the green "connected" light on. After several emails, I took it back to Academy.

    Why is it Verizon only why not AT&T as well because I just bought one and the guy at Walmart thought I can link it up with my AT&T so can I or can I not been trying to get a phone number find one but y’all are not open so which is it or do I have to get my money back

    I have done every step an change Sd cards batteries even had to take the first one back you say they keep the pictures on the sd card but it’s not for me on either sd card. Camera worked great for about 4 days could u help with why my unlimited plan has pictures 600/0 but while it was working it had 600/unlimited? How can u fix this

    2 months later still no help with my MoultrieMobile. No videos uploading. Took the card out today to hopefully see that they saved the the card, nope only pictures from today showed up. Which is 2 out of like 3000. What a joke.

      @@MoultrieMobile you can't assist anyone, thats the thing. There's Facebook groups dedicated to your products and each o e of them is filled with people who flat out hate the Delta. Even hear you can see it in the comments. The product is a flop. If you want to help you can start by pulling it off the shelves, issuing refunds or replacements and cutting your loss. It's your fault anyways. For every one person who finds the product tolerable you can find a thousand who flat out hate it.
      It's a crap product. Even when it does work the picture quality is crap at best. Ya'll go on about batteries and the card, but we the consumer shouldn't have to jump through hoops for a product that not only requires us to pay for it, but to buy batteries, a card and a subscription as well. This product should work without flaws and special requirements outnofbthe box. At the most we should only have the subscription to worry about. It would be understandable if it at least worked, but it doesn't and like everyone else I'm tired of investing my time and money into a hunk of junk. The delta sucks, time to issue a recall or we will simply go with a different product.

    Getting a lot of whiteout pictures, very aggravating. Is there a fix coming?

      Thank you for making us aware of the over/under-exposed pictures you are receiving. Our engineering team has been notified that this is affecting some of the Delta cameras, and is working diligently to resolve this as quickly as possible via a series of firmware updates. Once a firmware update is released, your camera will automatically update itself over-the-air on it's next connection. There is nothing that you will need to do.
      Currently, you should only be seeing those affected pictures during the light transition hour (sunrise and sunset), or if you are testing indoors with ambient lighting. Also, please ensure you are mounting your camera properly, using Moultrie Mobile recommended batteries and SD Cards.

    Got the exo had it out in the field was working fine. Had it little over a month. Now it wont power on it shows 82% battery life. Wonr power on

    My delta base will not connect to server at all. Have no idea bought a muddy at the same time it works fine on Verizon in same location as delta base. 😡

    Use lithium batteries in your trail cam, they last much longer!

      They'll run on rechargeable batteries too. Nickel based batteries will report as being partially dead, this is normal. Lithium rechargeables will report full until they're nearly dead.
