    First time tried this recipe this evening.
    It was so good, that I end up getting none of it. For I steamed 2 medium size fishes, my daughter and niece (13 and 6 yo respectively) who doesn't like to eat fish, finished 1and half fish themselves.
    I'll need to cook more bigger fish next time.

      It's not that they don't like fish. They just never had a good version of it. It's this way with most foods.

      Put some soya sauce,peepper ,sesame oil n maybe some cooking alcohol.

    I put way more ginger. and Steamed it with soy, lime, white wine , mirin. then poured the hot oil

      NEVER SPICES UP THE FISH FEFORE STEAMING ! YOU WILL FUCK UP THE TEXTURE OF THE FISH !

      Those seasoning u can create whatever u like.. important is steam fish is preserving the original fish texture and taste.. seasoning just add taste to the fish..

      I use seafood soya sauce. It's also called seasoned soya sauce. It has the special flavour I remember while eating this dish in Hong Kong.

      Sweet soy sauce
      Basically a mix of soy sauce and added flavour
