First time tried this recipe this evening. It was so good, that I end up getting none of it. For I steamed 2 medium size fishes, my daughter and niece (13 and 6 yo respectively) who doesn't like to eat fish, finished 1and half fish themselves. I'll need to cook more bigger fish next time. Thanks for the recipe.😊🙏
Those seasoning u can create whatever u like.. important is steam fish is preserving the original fish texture and taste.. seasoning just add taste to the fish..

It's not that they don't like fish. They just never had a good version of it. It's this way with most foods.
This takes experience and skill to get right!

Yammy i love steam fish ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Awesome
light or dark soya sauce???
light
add some sugar in it
I use seafood soya sauce. It's also called seasoned soya sauce. It has the special flavour I remember while eating this dish in Hong Kong.
Sweet soy sauce
Basically a mix of soy sauce and added flavour
Lights my favourite, but you can always water down a heavier sauce.

They'd hang you for cooking a striped bass that size in New England.
This is supposed how it should be done, not those Kevin or Jamie >>>🗑️🚮
