Gheenoe Highsider

A few DIY mods I made on my gheenoe 15’ 4” highsider. Rear deck (plywood and acrylic paint) front trolling motor support mount, radio and grab bar.

Hey bud when you added the speakers up front was the seat full of foam? Did you just remove what was needed if there was floatation foam?

Sorry it took so long to respond, no I left as much foam as I could. I only removed what I needed to to fit the speakers. I have seen some people remove the foam but I didn’t want to do that. These gheenoes need as much floatation as possible

What did u use to build ur back deck and how did u do it ?

Carson Cochran I used plywood painted it and screwed it to the seat. Used pvc to support the back part of the deck and used rubber feet on the pvc. Nothing fancy but simple and works for my purpose.
