TRX Pike Exercise | How To Perform It Correctly

- The TRX pike exercise is certainly one of the most popular moves to target the core using the suspension trainer. So it is important to know exactly how to perform it correctly with this step by step guide.
Strap length - Mid Calf
Position - Ground facing away from the anchor point
The most important part of the exercise is maintaining an active plank position keeping the glutes engaged and the toes curled towards the shins with hands directly below the shoulders. Drive the hips upwards, whilst maintaining straight legs, pause in the top position then lower the hips back to that active plank.
