The store needs to trespass the company so they cannot use their parking lot to conduct business for free. I also like the comment; Where did you park it? At the end spot (right in front of the tow away sign).
what comes to mind watching your videos is "job security" because there are just so many entitled people who think they're too good to pay for parking. Two best industries in Gatlinburg are parking garages and tow trucks, from what I can see. Those roads are one good reason I'll never be tempted to visit your mountains. But I love watching your videos.
Retired lawyer here. The golf cart owner should either get a written agreement with the liquor store owner allowing him to do what he’s doing and indemnifying the liquor store against liability (and agreeing to add the liquor store as an additional insured in the golf cart company’s liability policy), or it stops trespassing on the liquor store’s property. The golf cart owner is an entitled bully. If he threatens the liquor store employee she should consult with a lawyer as well as the police.

We visited Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and stayed in Sevierville last year. Beautiful place, pleasant interactions with all the people, but there were quite a few crazy drivers, including ones who didn't seem to be bothered by taking blind curves with no shoulder faster than the speed limit and in the oncoming lane. I'm typically not a fearful driver but there were quite a few nerve wracking moments on the roads there. In spite of that we'd love to go again, I'll just be more prepared for the crazies on the roads this time!

What I want to say is I appreciate how you guys show everything from the pickup, to the call, to them picking up their car. So many Tow channels show them towing the cars and thats it! no follow up, no reaction of them calling or picking up their car. I always want to see or hear their reaction to their car no longer being where they left it and so many channels only show the tow with no payoff. So thank you for showing the beginning, the middle and the end, you just earned another subscriber!
He FINALLY kinda said the right thing at 24: 35 " It was My fault, I should have gone in there and talked to the Liquor Store people and said 'Hey can this guy...(park the cart there) Then he realizes his mouth just said what his brain should have been thinking and he tried to find himself an out "But How am I gunna know that?" The dozen or so signs around the property (that you already acknowledged) ...that was your 'sign' that they do NOT want anyone that is not a customer parking in their lot.
LOL...Not many people have ever asked me, "Do you know who I am?!!" I would LOVE to be able to come back with, "Nooooo - don't YOU know who you are????" (BTW...he acknowledged the no parking sign, but thought they should just let it go if it's "not in the way" - yah, doesn't work that way, buddy.)
I was in a pub once, on the tv's they had a rodeo on. There was this one dude at the pub. bragging he was #2 bull rider in the nation. It just so happened me and my buddy were professional bull riders, we knew he wasn't anything close to that. Finally my buddy turned to him and said, "it's pretty sad to only be #2 in your own world". Once the dude figured out what my buddy meant, he left the pub.
What if the liquor store had their delivery trucks park blocking access to his 4 wheelers without foreknowledge so they could deliver at a more convenient time for them. He would be outraged.

Thanks for the shout out to the trolley drivers. I’m a trolley driver in Gatlinburg and I really appreciate y’all. We put up with a lot of stuff. I love watching y’all on UA-cam. I usually wave or beep when I see y’all out and about.
If you’re going to run a business that rents out carts over the weekend, make sure someone answers the phone on Sunday in case your customer breaks down or wrecks it and needs assistance. Owning a business is a 7 day a week responsibility.

Like you said named droppers are the worst just because you know somebody doesn’t mean it’s right you call that person say why did he do this? I have no idea talk to them. Great job you and Kristen are the best.
Funniest part is him admitting he's a nobody. It's is older brother who supposedly is important. Imagine being a grown man saying "Im going to tell my big brother and his friends.."
Hehe, name dropping! Many moons ago when I was active duty AF, a coworker of mine answered the shop phone, had a rather heated discussion, and then yelled at the caller “do you have any idea who you’re talking to?” Apparently the answer was no because he hung up on the guy. We kinda expected the boss to eventually come interrogate the entire shop to find out who it was…never heard another word. Anyhow, I didn’t know that if you “own a business” there that you get free parking privileges anywhere you want on private property. He’s so confident he’s a ‘name’ that must get dropped a lot that he don’t have to answer the phones off hours. Remind me to never rent from someone like that, I’ll just pay to park anyway.
Did I get this right ... the rental company owner used the liquor store's private property as a loading zone? Where does he get off doing that without prior approval? And why is he paying for the tow if the customer left it there? His beef is with them and no one else. The fact that he bullied the female store manager and was clear to specify that "some Spanish guy" rear ended the cart kinda says a lot about his character.
What an entitled melee mouthed mother... 'friend'. As an Aussie we can call our best mate the worst words you can think of as a gesture of friendship, but different strokes for different places and never a stranger. And yep, respect other folks property. Name dropping to boot? Ugh. Respect as always.
Got to love those people. "They got all those signs, but if it's not in your way...." So, you admit they have no parking signs and that you know about the signs, you just think you are so special that the signs don't apply to you. I feel confident that he is also one of those people that park in the fire lane in front of stores because he is just "Running in for a second".
Imagine renting things out over the weekend but not answering the phone. How pissed would you be every monday when you find out things got towed, accidents happen, a golf cart was stolen, shit goes wrong and if you're not going to answer you're just delaying your own downfall. LMAO I bet he never figures that out.
You and your wife deserve all the respect in the world, you both work hard on call 24/7 and treat the vechicles you tow with respect! It’s not cheap to get them back but if they paid for parking they wouldn’t have a problem! Thanks for sharing! Merry Christmas! Kevin
Jeff, the gulf cart owner is a clown. If he pushes this issue to the liquor board the liqstire owner can respond with he is doing business on private property dropping of and picking up carts. Signs are posted and a video where he saw the no parking sign. My hope is that no one want to deal with this clown. Thank you Jeff, Kristen and Kendra for 12 extra videos for Christmas. Love❤ it. Stay safe. Merry Christmas. 🎄🎄🎄🙏🙏🙏♥️♥️♥️
Can’t stand these pushy “tough guys” that have no respect for anyone else. The business in no way has to even give him the courtesy of calling yet they did and he decided not to answer. He’s at fault 100% Karma will get this guy
After watching and listening to this guy and his mouth and the idle threats he has made, there is no way that I'd rent a cart from him. And yes, I did some detective work and know exactly what business the cart came from. Gonna be just like Jeff and mention the name of the business, because I'm not that kinda person. But personally, I would never rent from them because he was not professional in anyway. Jeff, you and Kristen are the most professional and kindest people couple and business owners around. I had a dude park across my driveway, I walked down and asked him why he was there and to kindly move on as this was private property. He flipped out, yelling that he was the "Town Inspector" and he can park where he wants! Well turns out he was the building inspector for the town, and the Town recieved an official complaint from me on him trying to abuse his limited power, as well as sheriffs talking to him about being respectful. (He was not on my property for any official business, he wanted to make a phone call and thought my property was a good place to stop *and* block my only access in or out). Point is, people name drop or claim to be whatever they are to get out of trouble. Ive found that most people get defensive even when they know they messed up. Its natural to not want to be wrong, and be embarrassed, but you have to let it go eventually.
Apparently the golf cart owner has no problem using other business owners property like it was his own, maybe he needs to have a few business owners do it to his property before he finally gets the clue to get his act together, and his language is atrocious for a business owner, I don't care if he was a veteran, he should not be cussing every other word like he does, Thank you Mizz Kendra for bleeping the cuss words out, y'all are doing one heck of a job and keep up the great work, and Merry Christmas y'all

Who runs a business renting golf carts and doesn't answer their phone on a weekend when that's got to be the busiest time of the week for you?! What if it was broke down in the middle of the road and the police towed it, would he have been upset they didn't "leave it till Monday"! Gezzz..
Thanks for letting us Tow along and super glad I got to meet y'all last Saturday!
Thanks Kendra for the twelve days of Christmas!
One more thing, wait till that guy finds out he's been part of the twelve days of Christmas! Ouch, that's gonna hurt! 🤣
Let’s all Google Teddy Jones and get the 411 on him. He must be so proud if his foul mouthed brother.
He owns properties and a few businesses in the county.
Man! I'm diggin' this 12 day deal! I'm sure businesses don't want anything on their lot due to liability issues, surely Teddy's lil bro would know that. Another great video, Y'all ROCK!
Hope you all have a very Merry Christmas! The golf cart business owner is low class name dropper has the manners of a 2 year old, if someone violated his business you know darn well he would be hot and nasty about it!
Right name dropping. Then it's not him who knows them it's his big brother. He's a big guy I'm sure he's used that to be a BULLY most of his life. I had second hand embarrassment 😳
Gonna use that line "no. But im sure your gonna tell me"😂
Those parking lots/garages gotta be raking in close to a million per month.
@@TheCobruhAlienat0r yeah but i bet the property taxes on those lots is astronomical
@@jays106 as a Kentuckian who has visited quite a bit down there I would hate to see what the property tax would be on some of that.
Only name Jeff wants you to drop is Benjamin Franklin, preferably in his hand 😂
🤑
😆😆😆😆😆 Clever, @urmama9845
So nice to see how you two work together . Husband and wife
No arguments or snippy comments. Actually complimenting each other. Way to go guys
Like watching your channel and am planning on a vacation to your area next year because of the scenery you show in the vids
Thank you
To this day I remember kids in elementary getting called out for telling large tales about who their father was, or how much money their family had. I learned at age 6 to not lie about or aggrandize my family life, and have never been called out or used whatever status I have as tool to intimidate others, children do that! 👍😎✌🗽🎄🎅🦃🤶🎁
Yup. Those rich kids were super arrogant. "Do you know who my father is?" "My Family is worth more than your life".
"Well they've got signs up and such, but I park there anyway!" WELL THEN THAT MAKES YOU A DBAG!!!
You will never know the true story about the cart . At the end of the day it was in some one else's property so they had the right to get it towed. The problem is with the owner and who ever hired it not the liquor store. Love you guys xx
Thanks, Kendra, another fine job. It's a lot to get out a daily video but throw in a newborn baby, wow. I just want you to know that we appreciate you. And of course K&J you're also appreciated. Love always, Joyce
"DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?!??!" The guy that's about to give me $300 cash.
I love that you posted this video of this narcissist business owner. In his own words he admits to be "vindictive as hell" which is not something to be proud of. His a big baby!
Jeff you are a whole lot more patient than I would be.😅
Good for you!
Looks like NameDropper will be looking for a new free golf cart marshalling yard. Liquor store will not be looking favorably on further overnight marshalling.
A business owner should know that parking is tight and has no right to expect to illegal park.
Parked at someone else's business, would you let their people park at yours? What a jerk!
That parking lot is so small! Don't park there unless you're in and out. Unbelievable. I think he was giving you a stab with the don't tow another business. Dude, you're not getting out of here without paying. Charge your customer bro.
Phew, try being a local 😂
The amount of people coming at me over crossed lines on curvy mountain roads makes me wonder how I've lived so long.
Looks as if the apple barrel is rotten in that little "connected world."
Backpfiefengesicht is a personal problem they will need to deal with... glad you have everything on video.
Bless his wittle privileged heart.
Soosmokie... *personal attacks on my character say far more about you than anything I could ever say.*
I grew up reading worse on bathroom stalls dearie.
Hello Jeff , Kristen and Kendra. That first pull must have been close to your record minimun time. I look forward to seeing your videos all the time, but the 12 days are a special gift for all before Xmas. So, Jeff, Kristen and family and all out there, have a Merry Christmas. Later.👍🎄
I dont know if this has been said, but I have to say it.
1st, I discovered you guys on Tik Tok, loved the clips and came to your YT channel, love the content.
He FINALLY kinda said the right thing at 24: 35 " It was My fault, I should have gone in there and talked to the Liquor Store people and said 'Hey can this guy...(park the cart there)
Then he realizes his mouth just said what his brain should have been thinking and he tried to find himself an out
"But How am I gunna know that?"
The dozen or so signs around the property (that you already acknowledged) ...that was your 'sign' that they do NOT want anyone that is not a customer parking in their lot.
I would tell him "Noooo-- I'm sure the buffets know who you are?" lol
I was in a pub once, on the tv's they had a rodeo on. There was this one dude at the pub. bragging he was #2 bull rider in the nation.
It just so happened me and my buddy were professional bull riders, we knew he wasn't anything close to that.
Finally my buddy turned to him and said, "it's pretty sad to only be #2 in your own world".
Once the dude figured out what my buddy meant, he left the pub.
The ending laugh is my favorite part 26:16. Very iconic and hint of evil love it 😍
I've had the name dropping on a job, I can't repeat what I told the guy. It had something referring to where the sun don't shine.
What if the liquor store had their delivery trucks park blocking access to his 4 wheelers without foreknowledge so they could deliver at a more convenient time for them. He would be outraged.
Jeff - you have a great laugh bud. Puts people at ease. Love it!
I will be in gatlingburg next week!!! I hope to see you but I will only pay to park!!
Jeff, that man that owns the golf cart definitely is full of hot air lol 😂. Jeff Kristen and Kendra, I’m sure enjoying my Christmas videos 😊. From Kentucky.
Jeff and Kristen and Kendra, THANK YOU!!! For the 12 days of Christmas!! It is a special gift to those of us who look forward to every video you do!! I hope you all have a Verry Merry Christmas!!
I would say the golf cart guy and the reserve police guy are Grinch 1 and Grinch 2 for this this year!!
A sign is a sign my guy! No parking is no parking. She did her part to get it moved before towing.
Thanks for the shout out to the trolley drivers. I’m a trolley driver in Gatlinburg and I really appreciate y’all. We put up with a lot of stuff. I love watching y’all on UA-cam. I usually wave or beep when I see y’all out and about.
Thanks for what you do! You’re awesome!
@@EverythingAutos thank you. Happy New Year’s to y’all.
Teddy Jones’ little brother ??
he can’t even name drop right …
he’s name dropping by proxy !! 🤣🤣🤣
thank YOU, ✨Miss Kendra, Kristen and Jeff
Somebody needs a chill pill. Great winch out guys. Awesome video, stay safe out there.
If you’re going to run a business that rents out carts over the weekend, make sure someone answers the phone on Sunday in case your customer breaks down or wrecks it and needs assistance. Owning a business is a 7 day a week responsibility.
Super cool to hear you guys talk about the trolleys i actually work for a company that operates trolleys here in san diego but i think yalls is a different company and I still appreciate the moment of acknowledgement it really means alot to how much yall care
Man you have the patience of a saint
Those trolly drivers are hero’s, getting thru that crazy traffic. Our trolly driver last year was 80 years old; a hero!
Liquor store should charge him for using his parking lot and if he doesn’t pay then trespassing them is the next step.
What an entitled melee mouthed mother... 'friend'. As an Aussie we can call our best mate the worst words you can think of as a gesture of friendship, but different strokes for different places and never a stranger. And yep, respect other folks property. Name dropping to boot? Ugh. Respect as always.
Hello Jeff , Kristen and Kendra!
Kevin
Hey golf cart dude! If you park your shyt on my property, im having it towed as well! Name that drop!!
He’s at fault 100%
Karma will get this guy
When he started to name drop, you should have referred him to your manager.
😂😂😂😂 totally.💯
Kendra, I really like the new edits!
Especially when you help out people who are down on their luck, but doing their best to make it and do the right thing.
I couldnt help but leave a 1 star review. Im petty. I know.
@@handsmcneilUh oh, based on that, I found him, too. 😅 I saw the one star.

"Do you know who I am?"
I'm new & love your channel. You two are so sweet 😻
I get it at mine all the time, the customer will go in and say I know... My managers know better thank goodness.
Why are you all so addictive? I found you about a week ago, been binge watching, and subbed yesterday. I swear there must be some subliminal messages in here somewhere 😂 seriously, I am enjoying the content and look forward to more great videos! 💞
Private Property is Private. It's not yours to use, if it's not yours.
so I work for Westgate and saw this Golfcart up in one of our lots one day. then 1/2 way through the day was at the liquor store and was like that's not supposed to be there but dang
Oh man I would hate to be someone the golf cart dude knew. Imagine being someone important and then Mr. Vindictive throwing your name around. I hope you didn't give him a card!
Merry Christmas to you and yours and guess what in a few weeks we get to do it all over again starting a new year. Woohoo!🎉
Well the bleepity bleepity liquor store personnel have the bleepity right to bleepity call the bleepity police to have an illegaly parked vehicle bleepity removed from their bleepity property. The cart owner pretty much bleepity admitted such near the end of his bleepity bleepity conversation. Wow, if somone, I don't care who it is, talked to me like that he/she wouldn't get far with me. I can understand anger but not abusive language and intimidation. Good job Jeff and Kristen, "Keep the Good Going!"
Love your sense of humour
Love that ominous music summarizing the golf cart. Lol
Google say he’s permanently closed. 🤦🏼♂️
Imagine that.
At one point I heard him say he would have to get that cash payment approved, Plus at this time, he has not paid the illegal parking fee, he drove it off your lot. Imagine a call to the Gatlinburg Police would be in order for stolen vehicle.
I was really surprised when you let him drive off with the cart to get the $$. I was even more surprised when he returned with the $$. I really thought he was going to try and run with a no pay scam...
He left his truck there. You must be ignorant!
@@MrJadenkeenan They have no legal lean authority against the truck. Literally if he was a big enough a$$ as he sounded like he could have sent the passenger back on foot to get the truck. Jeff would have then been left with a bill unpaid and no collateral in his posession.
You must be very ignorant of how the lean process works...
@MrJadenkeenan That's a rude reply and I promise you, it's not creator approved.
Running that red light at 6:34, tsk tsk. 🚨 😉
I would just like to give a shout out to KRISTEN!!!
I hope she is appreciated- that lady has brains and brawn! What a wonderful hardworking woman!!! Would like to see her on the opening of the show. She is the real deal!

This is one of those times it be cool to live by you.Seeing how he doesnt mind parking on private property ,then he wouldnt have any problem if someone say, parked in his driveway, and just left.Id,bet my house he would be pissed and calling one of those special people he knows ,as well as a tow truck.Nice going ,dude thanks for threating the store on camera.Oh,wow it even appears he can read a sign too 😂.Try parking that golf cart in Chicago.Only getting it towed would be a good thing,at least he would get it back.
Also while he was busy jaw flapping ,and name dropping,he would be missying a truck too.
Love the videos! Hello from Las Vegas.
You have to love these important people
you forgot to put quotes around "Important" as they are only "Important" in their own tiny brains.
Great 👍🏽 job Jeff
I can’t stand people who get through life name dropping to get anything or anywhere…
They often do that because that's their sole claim to fame. They don't have anything to offer of their own...
Exactly @@hdpro66 If your name can't stand on it's own, then what kind of person are you?
Apparently the golf cart owner has no problem using other business owners property like it was his own, maybe he needs to have a few business owners do it to his property before he finally gets the clue to get his act together, and his language is atrocious for a business owner, I don't care if he was a veteran, he should not be cussing every other word like he does,
Thank you Mizz Kendra for bleeping the cuss words out, y'all are doing one heck of a job and keep up the great work, and Merry Christmas y'all
Love watching these. I know I will pay for parking in Gatlinburg. Lol😂
I couldn't deal with nasty people! Y'all are saints! Stay safe!
Gas station I worked at 19 years, slot of people would park their vehicles overnight, or if car problens. Which if only a day or 2 wasn't a problem, unless they blocked our dumpster corral. If they were there longer than said it would be, owner of station had it towed.
