Enough schools, colleges and universities 6. Trained teachers, medical personnel, security personnel and good politicians 7. Non corrupted enforcement system 8. Proper toilet and sewage treatment 9. Freedom to run businesses 10. Freedom of speech and religion Unfortunately 90% of people who live in the countries earn less than 1 dollar a day and walk miles to reach the nearest school or hospital. Many do not have access to clean water.

France like other western countries makes away with a minimum of unregulated trillions of dollars from Africa year in year out. Africa has been raped by the rest of the world yet they have the guts to say we are poor.
