Hello Discover The Globe, Thank you for making a very interesting and useful video about the world's education... The question for you is: Germany, America and England, where is their education ranked in your ranking and in the World???
Obviously SK will top the list. It depends on what you define as a highly effective education system. 1 Hagwon schools where there is intense coaching.these are private institutes. Nursery school children learn for long hours after school This intense pressure to excel themselves results in high level of competition, bullying, suicide and deeply unhappy people, One if the reasons for low fertility rates in SK is the insane investment In tuition fees per child to keep up with peers. Is it worth living in a strait jacket all your life?

About the British education system: for decades the OECD, the IMF and various other international bodies have criticized the UK and its economy in report after report for two things: underinvestment and an underskilled labor force. That doesn’t speak well for the UK’s education system. In any case, there isn’t even a UK education system as such, since Scotland has its own system which differs from that in England and Wales.

France promotes competition and inequality between an elite supported by parents who have the financial and cultural means, while rejecting the masses towards a dismantled education, with underpaid and precarious teachers as part of the systematic destruction of public services. This hyper-competitive system is reflected in the very poor PISA results, which get worse every year.

The cultivation of Critical Thinking is valued in Europe, which is essential in this age beyond basic literacy and numeracy. Unfortunately, SK’s system is somewhat tarnished by the practice of cram schools (not at all healthy) in their competitive obsession with tertiary education. As for US, its dumbing down of science and reading has resulted in disastrous anti-intellectualism, and the rise of cultish maga. 🤷🏻♀️

Denmark (114th) is smaller than New York City. Luxembourg is number 168 --- Population of less than 3/4 million. Australia (55th) with a population of about the size of Texas, USA. Also, the PISA test is somewhat suspect. When you go by sheer numbers of college graduates then the US in right up there. this isn’t about the best if it was about the best its obviously United States of America where a lot of people call them dumb but the 1% genius leaded country. I'm originally from South Korea. The country's rigid education may have put South Korea to arguably No. 1 on this list. Thank you for making a very interesting and useful video about the world's education...
The question for you is: Germany, America and England, where is their education ranked in your ranking and in the World???
Great question?
United Kingdom /England is number six.
America isnt even on the same page 😂
England is a region of the United Kingdom and doesn't appear in world rankings.
Obviously SK will top the list.
It depends on what you define as a highly effective education system.
1 Hagwon schools where there is intense coaching.these are private institutes.
Nursery school children learn for long hours after school
This intense pressure to excel themselves results in high level of competition, bullying, suicide and deeply unhappy people,

In tuition fees per child to keep up with peers.

About the British education system: for decades the OECD, the IMF and various other international bodies have criticized the UK and its economy in report after report for two things: underinvestment and an underskilled labor force.

You should make your CRITERIA clear from the start. Finland surely should rank among the top! The Professionalism of their teachers is held in high esteem. 🤷🏻♀️
I agree.
Population above 10 crores can never be compared with low populated countries
You notice all on this list are smaller countries. None made the top ten in population and Japan came in at number 12 and South Korea at number 29 and Canada at number 38. Also, in general, there are way too many college graduates for the jobs out there.
