The other day while I was listening to Lil Peep I saw a comment in one of his songs that said something like "he was suffering and people were enjoying it". Even though Sick Outta Fashion talks about more things and the message is not exactly the same, it reminded me of this song. It's sad that something that can even help the artist as a self therapy, it's just seen as an aesthetic or a fashion by a part of the fans. Luckily there are people who listen to this kind of music but they can still be respectful towards the artist and be honest about that toxic part of the fanbase.
I think it means rappers shouldn't care so much about their image, unlike idols. Of course, there are the idol rappers who break that trend, but it's hard to make two opposites work well together.

God, I'm so sick of pathetic simps thinking that their past lives are some sort of big secret that will get them fired. No, they literally got hired because of their past careers. If they were really meant to be a secret, they'd have been taken down. Gura literally included a massive reference to her past self in the thumbnail of her debut stream.

why does demondice' videos are always the first vid in my recommendations? i love it
Y’know. I think a lot a people can learn things from you. Not just about music, but more emotional things to.
Checking out your music after your concert
Ngl, your tracks are great but you’re a WAYYYY better performer in real life. Life of the party, keep up the good stuff girl !!!
Came for the intrigue. Stayed for the music. So glad I found this.
Karen dear you cant Just hit me with 2 bops so soon, like i Will have this one and alkatraz on loop XD ps: my Sis really liked this one
Hey! This is dope. Your voice is dope. I really like the way you play with words, this song is a banger! I'm off to listen to everything else you've done!
The Idol-rapper line is pretty ironic, but, well, such is fate I suppose
She definitely is aware of the irony
amazing rap and only truth said , you are honestly my favorite singer / rapper out of all the one i listen to
Im very much enjoying your word play. Each song has something to say, and a unique way to say it.
You have this really addicting style. It almost feels like you tear apart a different topic with every song. But this song, Wannabe, Suckerz, etc, are stuck on repeat in my head. The more I hear the more I listen to the lyrics, and the more they amuse me. Not an expert of interpreting, but I get more invested with every play.
I love this song! I was binging the Twitter clip waiting for this to come out. I really appreciate the message too
"Idol rapper is such an oxymoron" is an incredibly ironic line nowadays
BEEN EXCITED FOR THIS SINCE THE TEASER,,,it’s sooo good!!!!
This song is amazing, I’ve been listening to this, you’re an ace, kid, and everything else of yours! These are amazing songs that have an amazing voice to go with them. Keep it up!
Finally Someone Said It, but for reals this is such a BANGER. I love how your songs can be fun/zany/dark but them lyrics be like Profound and Meaningful and I VIBE W/ IT it's real shit hour with this one babey BUT YEAH MENHERA SUCKS THIS SONG DOESN'T. STREAM ALKATRAZ BY DEMONDICE
I only came across your work for the first time a few days ago, with the first Alkatraz song, but I'm already so impressed. This style is fascinating and strangely addictive to listen to- I wish I'd come here sooner! Thank you for making such good songs and animations!
Certainly wouldn't call idol rappers an oxymoron, of course, but this just kicks ass. Such a strong, slap in the face of a diss track. I love it.
I think it means rappers shouldn't care so much about their image, unlike idols. Of course, there are the idol rappers who break that trend, but it's hard to make two opposites work well together.
I'm actually obsessed with all your work. Holy shit. Multi-skilled queen.
I fell in love with you music so fast, I found you because Spotify recommended “You’re an Ace Kid” to me and I really liked it so I checked out the rest of your music, loved it, and downloaded all of it, this was in April, now it’s august, I’m obsessed, in love wit the community, and trying to learn the lyrics to a bunch of you songs, I got “Sick Outta Fashion” down
love the fact that you have an ace flag as your pfp and "you're an ace kid" got recommended to you xD
what happens when demondice curses in a song
demon-itization dice
no she goes GUH -
I hate that I laughed at this
I hate you for that, but here take my like
I love her expressions wbdjdbsjsb YOU ALREADY KNOW HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS SONG LETS GET THE UA-cam ALGORITHM GOIN
I dunno what hole YT sent me down but I ain't upset about it bc this is an actual bop and a half
"I feel bad for sadboys they're so fucking pathetic"
I do understand that she was talking about sadboys subculture in rap, but that sadboy/sadgirl thing who romanticizes depression in general is just so fucking disgusting. People outta here suffer with depression and I'm certain that the last thing they would do is making this an aesthetic in internet.
I love this music so much, thank you for taking the kids, Karen.
I wholeheartedly agree with you, but boy did I laugh at "thanks for taking the kids" hahaha
Damn another wicked rap and beat! Everytime I listen to your tracks, I can't help but sing along with ya and get into the beat of it all! You're one of my favorites! Keep on doing what ya doing. 😃
god I fucking love this one, absolutely killer lyrics
Glad to see you still do this kind of songs. I know they aren't that popular but I love them
i dont know why but it feels good coming back here from time to time
Every song I've listened to from Demondice absolutely slaps.
0:41 aged like fine red wine from the inconvenience store
Guh, I see you are someone of culture as well.
How though...
@@woksolid6885 inside joke
And then she started rapping. Funniest shit I’ve ever seen.
hahahahaha
I've been listening to this on repeat because this is amazing and one thing I learned is that the reason I like this more than other rap is because the melody
This just gets better the more I listen to it.
Your rap is so underrated, I really appreciate it! I hope to see you grow super big so I see more and exciting content from you!
謝謝!
Thanks!
I'm addicted. You're freaking awesome!
Same i found one here songs on spotify and i had to put it on my playlist
The UA-cam Algorithm, blowing covers since 2020. Anyway, I love these tracks, I have a new cache of music to listen to.
Enjoy the trip, spent 2 days going through all her tracks and albums, so much gold to be found
Yeah, Dice is amazing.
@ I lowkey feel super sad about her leaving behind her old life. Your boi is still super cool and drops fine beats but they lack that umph, since she eeds to hold back her full power. Also the culture around the fact of "forbidden knowdlage" is super weird and cringe. Because not only does it discourage people from listening to her beautiful songs but also has the exact opposite effect. It's like selling your soul for fame and money I guess I'm trying to say. All this world she created and all that time now forgotten in order to pursue something new. The fans pretending like it never happend. It's just soo frustrating. Its disrespectful. Lists be honest only people who cant recognize reality from fiction feed into this crap fuelling the let's be honest pretty bad idol industry and stigma that the internet would have rebelled against few years ago. Never forget those who "graduated" for sumbass reasons.
@@GeraltofRivia22 based. Yea i fucking hate the culture people made around idols carriers.
it's just appeared in my recomendation for a while, the lyrics were kinda hit at home.
the others song were also superb. I do late at the party but I hope someday you gonna reopen your patreon so I can bought your digital albums.
I seriously love Demon Dice.
めちゃくちゃかっこいい。気になって見たけど、好きになった
do i feel guilty hunting down her old music- yes yes i do
do i regret it- no no i dont, shit slaps harder than my dads belt
Nah the music is good anyways, been a fan of the genre for a while
@@craftwordedits a genre? can u give some recommendations on watever amazing genre this is
@@awsomelemon3622 FAKE TYPE and then also some of Dyes Iwasaki’s solo tracks as well as THHK
Why do you feel guilty for something that's out in the open?
DemonType would be the sickest mix of the century.
"I ain't no sugar-bloated candy-coated bitch you can adore on. Don't cha know that idol rapper is such an oxymoron ?" has me grinning like mad.
But damn, the message though. For real, I'm sick of the marketing image especially those using illness and some 'quirks'. And also those 'feel good' stories that are actually shit when looked deeper.
I love the detail of shotgun having little flags at the barrel
To date, I have never seen a double barreled shotgun with a grip area that looks like that.
A break-action model anyway. Coulda swore I saw a pump-action shotgun with a similar configuration.
