I'm guessing he was told to write one and while he threw a tantrum about that, Melania wrote one and then had him sign it by claiming it was an executive order to imprison all democrats.
Fun fact: there is no mention in the Constitution of a requirement that the oath of office must be sworn on a Bible nor the words 'so help me god.' Those are just customary traditions.
Correct. There have been many people in government who have been sworn in on other books; the Torah, the Quran, and I do believe there were or are some in congress who chose to swear in on a copy of the Constitution itself (which, personally, if there were to be something that HAD to be used to swear in on, I believe it should always be the US Constitution and/or The Bill of Rights. Hell, in my town, one of the English teachers at the school is also on city counsel, and she was told to bring the most important book she has to swear in on. She swore in on the newest edition of "Merriam-Webster's Dictionary and Thesaurus". It got a laugh, but it was appropriate!

These two senators in June 2014 wrote to Obama requesting that more aid be given to Ukraine's energy industry to increase their oil and gas production. Ed Markey was the senate sponsor of the Green New Deal as championed by Biden to shut down US gas production but increase Ukraine production.

Yes most of the cases were dismissed or withdrawn but not all of them, some were rules against trump.

I remember hearing how Obama was going to take your guns but 8 years later you still had your guns and yelled Hillary is going to take your guns. It's because Republicans have learned that truth and facts don't get their voters to pay attention and vote, fear does. It's why heavily conservative "news" stations don't tell you about the news but concentrate on telling you how you should feel about the news. It's the same with sports these days. Most of it is takes about someone reacting to sports news and not simply stating the news.

Giuliani went to courts without proof, when they asked for proof he said there was fraud but he needed to see all the votes to find it. That's why cases were thrown out. They didn't have any proof. Their whole plan was to have it hang up on the courts until Jan 6th in hops congress would give the election to trump. That why everything came down to the 6th, he wanted to pressure congress into overthrowing the American election like the dictators he admires. It's been a con and you fell for it.
