Just a heads up….you don’t need to use a base coat on an enhancement…just if using gel on a natural nail….also to further make it look more natural you can run a little primer around the cuticle area and it kinda melts it a little resulting in no lip 😊

I have to put a base coat on mine because my nails are ski jumped so the base coat helps give a more rounded base for the tip to adhere.

You really should try the "Gelike" Medium Almond, they I think you would love, beautiful length and I think your size👌😘 They cost the same 20 Euros (don't know in US Dollars;), but they are already matt half of the tip, plus they are pre shaped, but really beautiful and saddle pre shaped, nice apex you could build up anyways, 12 sizes and 552 tips aka 45 (I think it was 45;) uses, for as I said 20 Euros, and belive me, they are way more worth it and even more beautiful, I don't even file the almonds and cofin, besides the tiny tip thing and on the cutle area as always, but no need to file and I'm really picky, tried this one to, are nice, but not worth the price in comparison to Gelike, nooo comparison!!;) glG from the ice cold austria, and sry for endless texting, its my passion and can't stop myself, blablabla...;) katharina👋😘

You can soak them off with acetone. Just like gel polish or acrylic.

What is foundation, is it base coat?

The foundation adheres the tips to the nails, it’s like base coat just a little thicker.
