- Today's furniture flip is a vintage dresser that had 2 lives! I made it over to match the vanity to nightstands video I did a few weeks ago (link below) but it didn't sell. So I ordered decoupage papers from my friend Taryn @elegantupgrades Zazzle store (also linked below) to transform this piece of trash to treasure. I'm currently working on a piece that is very, very similar. Same type carved detailing on the front, same knobs, etc. I've stripped and sanded the stain on the stop and found two spots that have obviously been patched and I've been trying to figure out what was there. I bet it had a box like that one top of the dresser at one point. The holes are in the same place as they were on yours! This video gave me tips for finishing and also solved my mystery! Thank you!!

It sure does sound like your current piece is like mine! How funny! I know you’ll overcome its issues with the patches. Is it just a wood fill? And you wanted to stain the top? You could always get some stain pens in the patches are smaller and just “colour” them in to blend with the grain and stain.
Anyway I know you nail it 🥰
