There needs to be another discussion of this, regarding the recently completed 2022 match. Things still looked bad as far as unfilled positions and I'd like to know what the opinions or actions on the matter might be.
We learned ASTRO and the academics screwed up our profession by not stopping the APM and increasing our numbers too high while hypofractionation was increasing. Rad Onc not matching is bad for all of us as we start getting average and below average graduates.
