Barbie are you aware that you are strong, confident and adaptable? An American girl living simple, alone in Siargao, you're living like a local. And your vibe spreading positivity.
Malaki value ng dollars nila kaya sarap-buhay sila rito. Kung nasa US sila kahit anong pagsisikap nila para lang silang Pinoy na hindi umaasenso dahil sa kakulangan ng income.
I’m your new subscriber I just found your vlogs and I like you coz your trying to speak in local and pilipino language and you are sweet how you interact with the locals and especially with the childrens you make them feel comfortable with you as a foreigner all the best❤️

They might as well construct a boardwalk / skatepark near the bridge. The operation is just inneficient and messy. Also they have to slowly phase out the loud motor cycles. It really is a vibe killer. Electric bikes and more efficient transportation would be great for Siargao. It's gotta learn from Bali's mistakes, early! These are the things the local officials should think about now. Siargao has too much potential that can't be wasted.
In halo- halo we put sweetened banana(saba), red munggo beans and not the garabanzos, sago, gulaman, sweetened kamote/ yam, nata de coco, originally and traditionally we put halayang ube instead of the icecream and we also put pinipig and leche flan ontop. we dont use condensed milk but use evap and use sugar or just use the syrup from the sweetened banana and kamote if you like not too sweet.
Barbie buy an E-Bike for your service for your ice cream business at the bridge just a suggestion but thanks for being so nice with my fellow Filipinos
Hey Barbie! Random question, do you personally know any physical therapists there in Siargao also? I thought that might be in your wheelhouse possibly. I'm considering moving there from Bohol, but I'll need a physical therapist wherever I live. No worries if you don't know anyone off the top of your head! Fun video as always!
I do know someone. I never been to her. I know it’s pretty expensive, but I can definitely find out if there’s others. We get a lot of ones to come here like temporarily not permanently.
