Correction: DC DID NOT DESIGN the Aston Martin Vantage. He only built the concept model which was then displayed at the Auto Show. The design came from Aston Martin itself.

In 2008 i had a Diwali edition Top Gear magazine that showcase a DC modified Fortuner & that one was super cool looking. So i don't know why his other designs look so odd. His Taarzan car is still iconic to this day & probably the only best design he did.

my father's friend had a DC fortuner, it was super luxurious from the inside and had two captain chairs with reclining and massaging seats and tv's, unfortunately the car was totalled in an accident.

Hey , I just wanted to correct you in most humble way , DC designs was not involved designing the vantage but they built the prototype show vehicle for AM , the designs were provided by Aston Martin to DC , the designer was Henrik Fisker who who also designed db9, Z8 and then went on to make Fisker automotive.

Tarzan he wonder car design is legit fantastic. He was a visionary. Sad that he was involved in scamming. He had the talent and art form knowledge ( not all design are great , its natural to fck up)

I appreciate Dilip's designs. They might not be the best of its kind, but they show an aspiring Indian. Mustang might be a sports car but it is not Indian. Dilip could design a sports car but not manufacture it. He failed to do that and stop ridiculing failure. It is disappointing that instead of hiring Indian design companies, Indian automobile manufacturers buy foreign ones to improve design language. Grow our own brands, do not fall into buying dying foreign brands.
Probelm is there's not many Indian youths aspiring to be automobile designers in India. In a nation where only civil service, engineer, doctor or being a cricketer matters, there's very little to no scope for designing. The only other Indian designer at present is Pratap Bose.

You cannot sell a kit car under a brand name and call it supercar.
I've heard many reviews on that car and everyone says it had a very bad built chassis, it wasn't stable. People said it feels like the car will break in the middle of the road, like it was that bad. Also who says that's a supercar? Like what is a supercar first of all? A car having 2 doors with 2-4 seats and extreme performance. What performance did that thing have? It's just a coupe..

Rather I think Tata can built a very good supercar, as we know Tata owns Jaguar company so with its help they can built a supercar under that name and yeah it's good to go
