Something I think we can all learn (and I know Nade has learned this now) is that if you're in a position of leadership and your team loses, it's best to not point fingers. If Scump was alive that round, sure they would have had a better chance, but Nade was the leader. Their performance is a direct reflection of his leadership and he is responsible for the outcome. Never look at your team and say "Well you did this!", think "What could I have done better to prepare my team for that situation.". These guys were super young when this all went down, but I think it's something we can all practice in our daily lives. Extreme Ownership, shoutout Jocko.
