- Optimal settings For 1080P 240Hz. I purchased this RX 6800 About a week ago. It ran fine for 36 hrs no issues with the 23.3.2 Drivers. I started having hard shutdowns even at 1080P. I had to switch out Power Supplies to fix the issue. Apparently The 6800/6900 Cards are Power Efficient as far as Watts go however, they are very AMP Hungry. I switched to a Seasonic 850 Platinum and still running the 23.3.2 Drivers and all reboot issues are gone.
If you are running a RX 6000 Card and having stability issues a New Power Supply will be needed for your setup.

I have the same card with a Ryzen 3700x. Same settings as yours in 1080p and I’m having 110-130fps while I see you have about 200. My psu is 550W. Might that be the issue? I don’t instability issues though
I'd say so. In the beginning I had a Evga 650 and it would crash. Running a 850 now with no issues.
@@Chiefgeargrinder Also, how can you run your gpu at 2.4 mhz? mine I think runs around 2.0
@@albertopassanisimusic it's doing 2300 Average due to good thermals and is now getting enough power.
the problem is the cpu. get a new one its has pretty bad ipc
How are you getting 2300MHz at 160 watts? Mine goes to 230 watts if I set the frecuency that high!

Most likely the reason, I'm running 1080P and that low resolution won't push the card that high of power draw. This Asrock Card is also running stock out of the box clocks.
