Hello. 35 years old here. There just came a time in my early 30s when I looked in the mirror and realized that time was running out. I started to notice that all of the other adults that I assumed were my equals or better, are actually pretty dumb. I didn't have to give up gaming, I just started balancing my time more, so I didn't miss out on life. I recognized that you should never go to school, work, or even get out of bed, unless it's for yourself, not anyone else. Life is more relaxed now. Life is better.
This is why I'm gonna go hard in the paint in pursuing an acting career at the ripe age of 31 because boomer mommy and daddy wouldn't let me when I was younger and because of it I'm more or less a waste of space now
@@jpk9902 I'm sure that you're not a waste of space. Even so, it's better to be a waste of space than the many people who 'work hard' to contribute to destructive industries.
I’m 23 with no job absolutely no friends. No good family communication to help me get a job. Nothing is going on with me rightnow . I’m depress ,sad and upset. I don’t play video games much I don’t even have a pc or a ps4. Most of the time I am staring at the walls in my room. It’s sad .
Find what you want/value in this life and go get it. If you are waiting for a sign or someone to hand it to you, you will always be waiting. Friendship will come when you have a connection with yourself and know your desires.
@ so u are saying that rightnow I am not my self, bcause I can’t find find no one . Is it bad tho ? I have already find what value me , but I don’t have the help to reach there .
@ I’m not here to speak about this here , if you disagree with every word that I say. Because I am not here to make my feelings feel more worse than before if u are right. Am not saying you should be wrong. It’s just that I get more emotional hurt when speak about these things .
I’m 22 turning 23 before long and it’s weird. I literally turned 18, graduated, and became an adult during the height of COVID, so my early adulthood has been shaky at best and I don’t feel my age at all. Like I see people that I grew up with and went to high school with getting married and having kids. It’s wild.
It's good to keep a youthful energy. We have a hell of a lot of stale people in this world who seem to have suppressed whatever outward personality and vigor they used to have, many even dropping all the hobbies and interests they once cared so much about. What's up with that? That's the shit that keeps me up at night, like one day I'm gonna wake up and decide I only want to exist until I don't, never showing a hint of passion ever again.

It’s kinda sad how people feel forced to go through college and only do white collar or they think they’re a failure. Wish some of my peers would break that mindset and just have fun

That’s the whole paradox they live in, they have a degree now, it should land them a job with more earning potential, but often times it doesn’t work out like that. But a lot of them refuse to budge and they need to put some use with that degree, pigeonholing themselves into 1 narrow path or skill set. I personally never went to college, I just hopped between apprenticeships or trade jobs until I found one that paid decently and wasn’t horrendous. Now I make just as much, if not more than many of my peers, have weekends off, bills are paid. I really can’t complain.
