Hello, I’ve picked up several of the items on your list and they have really helped. All were fantastic! Thank you so much! We’re the couple in our 70’s that started gaming again after several decades of not playing. Peace and Blessings
If there is a scratch on a lens it does not mean you "need to buy a new headset", it means you need to buy a polishing paste for plastic glasses/lenses to remove those scratches.
I’ve used those VR lens scratch removals before but as far as fixing your lens. Polisher will just fill in light scratches. You can't really get rid of the scratches, but it will look like they're completely gone. It’s always best to prevent them to get scratched. Imo.
I used that polishing paste on my psvr 1 as my glasses rubbed against the lenses. It didn't work. I had a very small blur below the centre of my right eye
probably the most complete video about what's needed. I ruined my PSVR1 cable and here I found the solution to my worries about not ruining the new PSVR2 set the same way. Thank you
Dude, I only had my PSVR 2 for about a week. This really helped me out. I'm gonna grab some lenses, a charge station and the pen for sure. Probably grab the carry case too lol. Thanks and keep uploading pal.
Good video. I love the recommendation for the magnetic USBC plug; I had to completely dismantle my PS5 to replace the USBC plug once when someone kicked the cord so that recommendation alone will save me hours of time.
So I can confirm that the Ainope 2M usb c extension cable gray in color sold on amazon does indeed work! I haven't had any issues with the cable at all, and the 2m cable is actually cheaper than the 1m cable. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to return the Mag safe adapter, which is an awesome idea but after a week of testing, the magnet is just too weak and comes out with the slightest bump or just the weight of the cable. I'm testing another brand atm which seems to be fine but it's too early to tell, but once again thank you so much for the information in regard to these great accessories for the psvr2.
Just purchased the magnetic adapter along with a 6m cable that has be confirmed to work without any issue but I'll find out when it gets here in a few days. People have said that the magnet adapter isn't strong enough, but how is yours holding up?
Yeah, I don’t understand what adapter some people are getting. I was honestly concerned and trying to document it when it started giving me problems, but unfortunately, it’s still working the same as it was since day 1.
@HotShotTek Great video! As a person who wears glasses, I had NO IDEA they made custom prescription lenses so I ordered them along with the CM dock, lens cleaner & magnetic adapter. One more question, though: Your Apple Watch band looks awesome! Who makes it?
Hotshottek, i just recently got my psvr2 headset and was curious if it was normal for when ooking to sides without moving head would reduce clarity of picture like a fuzzy/hazy picture?
yea i bought my psvr2 today and the first one i bought the left stick wouldent work so i returned it and got a brand new one. but i waited so long and i guess i put it on charge wrong anyways imma let it charge properly this time and hopefully i dont have the same problem because no words can describe how frustrated i was to pay that mutch money see everyone else worked and they were haveing a blst meanwhile mine dose not. but if this one has the same problem imma just get a full refund and axcept vr just is not for me and move on imma let the controller charge a while and hopefully when i boot up any of the games i bought it works. also also is it possibale to use the psvr2 controllers t navigate the ps menu the one i bought did not let me and i havent tested the new one it just feels kindda strange that while im in the headset it wants me to use my regular controller for navigation after it puts me in vr and tells me to hold the vr controlls that cant navigate the menu so then i have to put them down anyways to navigate
The collective minds docking station looks good except for one glaring issue, why are the controllers turned around the wrong way? Doesn’t make sense to have to fiddle around with the dock to place the controllers. Let me put on my headset and slip my hands into the controllers easily. I have yet to see a dock that does this correctly.
im hopeing this thing will work i played my brothers quest two and loved it ever sense i wanted a vr so i bought a vr one and it was cool but camera's sucked so i bought a psvr2 and everyone said how good it was but then mine was broken. so i got a new one and i have not tested it but it will be uppsetting if it dosent work again i really wanted to play no man sky in vr with a better headset or any of the new psvr experiances if anyone has trubbleshooting or begginner tips for a new vr user please let me know because the issues im haveing could just as easy be my fault for not knowing a whole lot about these kinda things
The official PSVR2 charging station for the hand controllers while nice looking its a pain in the arse to use the controllers dont just fall into place they have to be put in just so for it to charge them.

You couldn't have picked a better platform! I hope you both are having a blast

Maybe that works on a pancake lens, but once you scratch a fresnel lens theres not much going back..
@@-Rickster-maybe it's for psvr 2 only

I used clear 3M grip tape usually used for bathtubs instead of a mat and it works great for marking your ply area!
Great idea 💡

The prescription lenses are a game changer!

@@HotshotTek How about the magnet? Is it strong enough to hold your vr cable still?
Hi where can I get the vr2 cable clip? Thank

Please, Where does the angry eyes decals come from???

Where’s a link to the new charger?

Doesn't the psvr2 come with a 4.5 meter cable? Why are you recommending a 1 meter cable?
Well I don’t have a 3D printer so No cable clip for me
He put a link to Etsy
