I had a great run of 35 years with Saab and if I had the room to store just one model, it would be a 1986 C900T SPG with a manual transmission. In the meantime I'm loving my 2019 VW Arteon SEL Premium R-Line.
The design of the 9-5 NG is still looking so current. Same with the facelifted 9-3s. They have aged so well. So sad not more 9-5NGs got to see the light of day. Every time I see one I smile. For 10 years I used to drive my SAAB (9000 Aero and later a facelifted 9-3 Aero Convertible), to fly a SAAB (340), I really miss them all... (Oh, and that's a SAAB 35 Draken, not a SAAB 32 Lansen you are showing there next to the SAAB 29 Tunnan;-)

I enjoy driving my NG every single day. It is a fantastic premium class limousine!

Amazing Vídeo. I had no ideia it had blind spot warning as an option. It seems engine light on are normal on diesels.
Blind spot is only after market but pretty cool. Engine light is only becauseof some fuctions testing :)

I never heard about ttid with automatic transmission but it’s a great idea to swap it!
As it’s a rare car I preferred to buy automatic versions and excluded ttid from my search.
Only about 4 ttid's have automatic gearbox, look also on this video: ua-cam.com/video/xvtstiIzcgM/v-deo.html
I own two 9-5ng in perfect condition, but I flew into a penny to make them feel fresh 😂

Zdravo Marko! Imam jedinstvenu priliku kupiti XWD Aero 2.0 TTiD s 200 000 km. Možda jednom dođem u Švedsku na susrete. 🙂 Ima li ovaj auto neki potencionalni problem koji ne bi mogli/znali riješiti naši balkanski mehaničari?

XWD je specifičan zbog prenosa, O-ring na uljnoj pumpi zna biti problem kod hladnog paljenja i da bi se promenio treba dobar mehaničar , ima par sitnih dečijih bolesti koje mogu naši mehaničari da reše ali samo oni koji rade saab , drugi znaju da naprave belaj, inače auto je top i ako budeš dolazio na festival vidimo se 😊

PS I actually own a TTID XWD and I wanted it to be the only one with an automatic transmission, I was going to do this upgrade.

cool vid. Just not long ago I bought 9-5 from 2010 with V6 engine, also automatic. Amazing car. Its missing only one thing in my car, remote start. Any idea how or where I could add that feature ?
Yes a fantastic car! That is duabole but not easy! Look into the 9-5 ng connection group there has been lots of discussions about this :)
@@MMSaabChannel i will take a look. Im living in Germany and here is lack of people knowing things like this.
It’s a bit strange that all 9-5 have keyless start/stop, but only some have keyless entry. You need to take of the key from your pocket anyway. It makes me I little angry especially during the winter 😂
Such a pity to put an A/T on a TTiD.... Overall, I'd gladly buy a 9⁵ NG Aero⁶ and swap it to a manual gearbox (the same as the Insignia OPC's perhaps)
Really wanted a Tid but shame it's not Euro 6 (I live near London and need Euro 6 to avoid a daily charge), unless someone knows of a mod to make it Euro 6?
Sorry for late reply. Well if you convert it to an electric car maybe 😂 I think it's really sad but understandable, have heard about this it's really expensive!
