- Isolated Examples and a jam with The Boss FZ-2 Hyper Fuzz. Killer pedal. Very full on and probably not for everyone, I like it a lot.
I ran this though my DV Mark GH250 and a Greenback IR. Gibson Les Paul. All other effects were pluggins in Cubase 6 believe it or not, yes I'm still using that.
Great guitar pedal this one, for those of you that like your fuzz sounds, big and angry.
Naming your setting? Love it! "Death to all but sludge" ? I laughed hard at this :D Thanks ! Transparent vintage grenade is a nice tone, chainsaw blues too.
Ha! For all the Steel Panther fans! There were some cool tones in this pedal, though I probably wouldn't get a lot of use out of it in a social club gig!

Yup thats David Torn style...must say better though...torn tone is abit too soured tone
Picked one up cheap (no idea how I managed that) and it has displaced my big muff on my board. I use it in mode 1 for a couple of songs and it’s just a wall of sound. Because it has so much mids it really cuts through compared to the big muff.
I can imagine that, I owned a Big Muff years ago. You're right, the Hyper Fuzz is just a huge sound, I really dug it.
Great for lead playing. Far too much for chordal work though….!
Agreed, probably not an always on pedal, more of an always fun pedal!
