Steph. We just had a similar issue with our dog. We did all the meds and the thing that helped her was we fed her a bag off Hills prescription gastrointestinal biome food. For us the meds didn’t clear up her stomach but the food started helping within 24 hours.
Yes same here. We bought the same prescription food from our vet and his stool was better in a day. They told us keep him on it for a few days and then start slowly transitioning him back to his regular food a little at a time. 🌸🩷
