i think a lot of roof extensions are to blame for the mould due to the pipe work, as the down pipeit doesnt go straight down any more it just zig zags every where causing blocks then water overflows and runs down the face of the brick work causing dampness everywhere
some damage there
some say climate change cause these rain pours that then becomes a breeding ground
London is in feast with it a new build in camden had to get pulled down cause of it
