i think a lot of roof extensions are to blame for the mould due to the pipe work, as the down pipeit doesnt go straight down any more it just zig zags every where causing blocks then water overflows and runs down the face of the brick work causing dampness everywhere
Still waiting on the council to sort mine but I can't wait any longer thanks for the advice
