When both ABS-CBN, GMA, RPN, and IBC are gone, it's not gonna apply to other networks, like TV5 (ABC), and PTV 4.

ABC5 Didnt exist in 1988, it was closed down in 1972 and went back on air on 1992
They might not be able to hijack PTV4 since they might get in trouble with the Philippine Government
