No, you would have to add a pool after closing. A lot of builders have change this rule because pool companies are taking a longer time to complete the pool and it will hold up closing time.

Oh come on David. We know you want to be in South Florida close to Miami and in order to do that these are the costs. These communities are still selling out faster than expected with the interest rates still being high.

It’s over priced
The community is 80% sold out so I would not say that at all. It’s priced well for the current market.
It's only overpriced if your target market can't afford it and clearly their target market can afford it soooo.....
I agree that it's over priced. Little to no yard, entry unappealing, no pool or jacuzzi. But I do like the Next Gen dynamic, great idea and very well designed.
